This was my first time having to get any repairs done on my house that I couldn't fix myself. One of the companies got back to me and said I needed a contractor. I get online this morning searching for contractors, hoping I was going down the right path. I find several and reached out to them. Less than 2 hours later Vince had already replied to get the ball rolling. I sent pictures of the damage and what I needed done. I didn't expect him to have any availability until next week, since it was the weekend and already late in the afternoon at this point. Vince called me up and said a storm was coming and if I was available he could come by and fix it, since he didn't want the rain to possibly cause any more damage. The amount of professionalism, efficiency and knowledge I received from Vince made me feel as though he actually cared. He explained what he was doing, the tools he was using, the behind the scenes on how construction crews put up siding, the spacing, and the measurements for it. Some companies would have just fixed it and not said anything leading you to wonder what was wrong with it to begin with. Vince made sure I understood, I almost feel like I can do contracting work now (probably just holding a ladder). The work was done quickly even though at that point had it taken longer than an hour I wouldn't have been mad. Overall Vince was a pleasure to work with, I'm grateful for his work, and expediency especially when he explained how his wife had to be hospitalized and maneuvering around that and work. I would definitely recommend him for any future home improvements!

Requested an estimate to install vinyl panels to finish off a screen porch ceiling. Received a call from a representative and we discussed the job. The representative said he fully understood what I wanted and set an appointment for the next day (Saturday) to come out to take measurements and provide a sample of the materials they would propose to use. I agreed to meet him at his schedule since I told him I would be home. He said he would call ahead as to when he would come. Waited all day Saturday with my phone nearby so as not to miss his call. Waited until close of normal business (5:00 PM) he never called and did not show up. No way I will give this company my business, wasted a whole Saturday without even getting a courtesy call.

I insisted to have them show me any wood that needed replacing and they replaced the sheet atound my chimney without my permission instead of the area that was leaking. They said they knocked on the door and I didn't answer which is comical considering I cant make out the difference between their pathetic weak little knocks over the sounds of tools banging all over my roof. their entire workforce consisted of illegals that didn't speak any english and their lack of respect for the customers property led to extensive damages that they claim they have no responsibility for. one of their incompetent workers stepped threw the drywall in my attic destroying my ceiling in my office and they refuse to make it right. they also did numerous damages to my garden planters around my deck and killed plants that were dormant for winter. they left large nails and screws all over my driveway that could have done severe tire damage to my vehicles and then brushed off my concerns saying "oops we cant be expected to get them all". mind you these fastners were 8" in length and plainly visible to the naked eye.
