He then proceeded to call his "boss" which was the owner of the company. The owner said they can cut 10% off. I laughed again and politely asked him to leave. What a dishonest company. I have no idea how they have any rating above a one. I received an estimate from Family Roofing of PA (717) 929-0385 for $1700.00 for the same exact seamless gutter replacement with the same warranty. I am truly insulted and offended that a company operates in this capacity. Absolutely shady pricing practices. First impressions mean everything and they blew it. I will continue to spread the word among family and friends to stay away from this company.
