Regardless, we gave them a shot to quote, thinking they save money on staff salaries, but alas, they were the third highest of four other countertop companies for the exact same material. Do yourself a favor before signing with them and send a couple emails with your material and plans...only takes a few minutes and I got friendlier, more helpful service even by email, and much better pricing.

She was fantastic right from the start working thru every detail and catching the little things that would normally be that little bit of disappointment. We also purchase our tile backsplash there. Great Job Beliana! Heather was a pleasure too. Our dealings were minor with her for things when Beliana wasn't there. Very professional but very friendly too. Thank you Heather. The gal in previous reviews isn't there anymore. We enjoyed looking over the granite slabs that were well marked with the pricing range. It only took us 3x back and forth to the shop to 'ok' this is what we want. All in all great experience. Great prices as this was not the only shop we dealt with. The installers were here and gone. They removed the old and took it all with them. There are slabs outside in the back don't miss them. When you go there to look over the slabs in the shop, the area it will be dusty/noisy all part of the experience. They have and will provide hearing protection. One thing, I would install a dust removal system with a large exhaust fan on the back wall if I owned the shop. To at least try and control the dust somewhat.

I was able to come to the warehouse/office to see the actual slabs of granite and make my selection. Dean made sure that our desires were met- both with the design of our new counter tops and our tile back splash. The granite installers ( in-house not contracted) were also wonderful, did a fantastic job and were very professional. And the tile guy did a great job too. Everything turned out beautifully. Thanks Dean and Granite-Pro.

His design was fabulous and the pricing was such that we could replace everything with a good quality, mid-level cabinet rather than trying to make do with a 35-year-old layout and painting existing, decent cabinets. Craig was responsive to all our concerns in a very timely manner. His subcontractors were all GREAT! There were no problems--only temporary issues that were resolved to our satisfaction. It was less than a month to completion and this included installing a dishwasher and "propane" range for the first time. We LOVE the results and so does everyone who visits us.

Colonial Marble has a gigantic warehouse with the most extensive and beautiful selection of marble slabs of at least 4 places we visited. The difficulty was deciding on which one to choose. After selecting a beautiful slab they helped us pick out the nicest part for the vanity top and the shower bench. They also made suggestions about how to use the rest of the slab, for example for window sills and thresholds, that we hadn't thought of. Our project ended up being behind schedule by 6 months but they never charged any "storage fees" or other annoying charges. When we were ready for the marble, a very professional guy came out and measured with a laser device. The measurements were accurate and the bull nose edge as well as the rest of the work was precise and looks amazing. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

The quartz countertop is nice. The second caulking job is better but I still have damage to my floor and cabniet.
