The initial interaction we had was fine, just to find out that once our order was placed, everything went downhill quickly! The Hajoca representative originally told us the order would be delivered within 3-4 weeks. Understanding that we had a tight timeline to meet, she never mentioned about certain parts in this particular color being on back-order. Here we are over 3 months later, and we are STILL waiting on certain Kohler parts for the shower! The expectation was never set appropriately. In addition, we moved forward with using different colored parts to "temporarily" have the bathroom up and running. Sadly, when the fixtures were installed, the toilet was delivered with a piece chipped off the back and cracked, now we have to re-order and wait another 3+ weeks for a new toilet. I'm not sure how this happened, but a truly devastating experience.

The cabinets are all plywood construction with wood dovetail drawers, HDF doors and drawer fronts; soft close drawers and doors. I can't comment on assembly but the instructions seemed fairly straightforward. We were on a time crunch as we needed cabinets quickly so we can have our floating LVP floors installed. The quality of cabinets was better than I anticipated and I especially loved that the sides are all finished (we didn't have to pay extra). We did pay a nominal amount for them to assemble them for us, AND we were still able to pick them up the same day!!!! Todd & Ryan were simply great, from showing us different features, explaining assembly, turning our order around quickly, and loading them with extreme care. I am very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend these cabinets or their shop. And when I am need of new/additional cabinets I will definitely go back. Finally, the prices were very good; in fact less expensive than express cabinets at the big box stores and definitely faster. A win, win, win!!

Heads up, wear your tux and borrow a Bentley before you go there. FYI, just agreed to a $10,000 deal with another custom cabinet maker who didn't require a tux or Bentley.

Installed the unit and it didn't work. I went through all of the testing procedures. The unit failed and did not run. I have installed over 100 Rheem tankless water heaters and never had a problem. I took the unit back for a refund. They said we don't work that way. You must call a third party to ask for help but we refund nothing. They don't stand behind what they sell. They take your money and run. They take your money, sell you a product that doesn't work and tell you to call some tech support in another state or country. But you are not getting your money back. You have been had! This company doesn't stand behind the products they sell. Call somebody else about your problem but we are keeping your money. The worst customer service I have ever delt with. This company has no integrity! Contractors and homeowners, stay away from this company! They only care about one thing and that is taking your money!!
