After placing a very large order for everything needed for two…read morebathroom renovations, we found we needed to exchange a medicine cabinet for a smaller one due to something behind the wall. We have not even taken delivery of the items, but were told that we could not exchange or return the medicine cabinet. We would have to keep it and also buy the smaller one we needed. I would never have bought a single item from them had I known they are this unreasonable and take advantage of customers in this way. I am now very worried about any damages there may be to the items we ordered and if they will stand behind the order. I would not recommend this business.

We had the plumber from Brubaker, Inc. out yesterday (2/20/13) to do an inspection, fix the outside…read morebib, and hook up the new fridge's ice-maker--$330 (he was here over six hours). Last night we notice Kyle's tub is no longer a drip, but a leak. The same plumber, Andrew, came out today and put a new cartridge in. NO CHARGE ! We also used them to install an outside ac compressor. They also honored our warranty when the coil on the inside unit developed a leak. A very professional and top-notch company.

We hired them to add an exterior door and a bathroom with pocket doors to our detached garage. The project involved the addition of HVAC and propane plus running water and sewage to the garage. Jeff was great to work with and offered many really great suggestions for our design and the use of the space. He worked very hard to get things turned around in a timely manner and was sensitive to some specific scheduling needs that we had. We couldn't be more thrilled with the finished result and we have received many complements on how good the space looks. As an example of the degree to which he works to make sure things look right: he had to come over to make some adjustments on a couple of outlets, and it caught my attention that when he was reattaching all of the outlet covers, he was making sure that the slots of the screws were all exactly level with the ground. His eye for detail means that the finished result will look great! In the spirit of full disclosure, I knew Jeff as a friend before we hired him for this project (although we hired him based on high recommendations, his design ideas and the competitiveness of his bid). However, regardless of his friendship, the quality of his work speaks for itself and it is based on how pleased we are with that work that I can give him such a positive recommendation. We will definitely be considering him for future projects and others should as well.
