The entire process was exceptional. Phil quickly came onsite, showed us a color match that helped us navigate through our HOA requirements, and quickly put together an estimate. The crew did an outstanding job on the installation and finished ahead of the time we thought it would take to complete the work. Luke did an outstanding job managing the work, communicating and ensuring the work was performed to the highest standard and to our satisfaction. We have received many compliments on the look of the house, the quality of the siding product, and the workmanship of Smucker and Sons. We would highly recommend Smucker and Sons and would most definitely use the firm again for other work.

Our HVAC stopped working, and their electrician admitted he had "no idea what's wrong" until we explained what our HVAC company found. Plumbing and temperature issues remain. When we calmly shared concerns, Melissa became defensive, yelled, and had to be asked to leave -- our Ring camera even recorded her saying, "Yes, we did rush the project." Afterward, she falsely accused us of causing the damage and refused to fix anything, claiming the job was "up to their standards." We now face $4-5K in repair costs. Save yourself the stress and hire another company.

Adair's has an extensive selection of flooring products; more than that, they have excellent and knowledgeable staff who offer the best in personal service. At times I have been unsure of what type of flooring suits a variety of uses, which will be easy to maintain throughout the years, and the folks at Adair's have always guided me to choices that have been perfect. In addition, their installation is superior to any other company we have used. If you are weighing cost with value, I assure you that in the long run Adair's wins out on both counts. While I realize that this review is full of superlative language, I can only say that it is fitting when reviewing this company.

I was excited to work with Jemson for all the cabinetry for our new house, even convincing our…read morebuilder to let us use someone new to him. Designing was great with Abby. Everything went downhill after that! Our last backordered piece arrived yesterday, 8 months from when the builder paid 50% down. The customer service and management was so lacking and we had to initiate 75% of the communication, including a demand or we take action to get the $2,000 deposit returned that they accidently forgot to credit us. We ended up providing our own installers due to the timing of everything in attempt to stay on schedule. Jemson told the builder he had to pay the 2nd half closer to when we wanted delivery. Once they had 100% payment, we started to learn of all the delays. We did not feel the urgency to get things sooner-especially with the backordered things. Our last piece had the delivery date changed 3 times, each time saying it would be a month longer. We feel someone dropped the ball in ordering. Jemson did not reach out to us to see if we got these last two pieces and if everything was complete and satisfactory, closing our order. Fabuwood's semi-custom kitchen is beautiful but it should not have taken 8 months to complete! "Thank you for your patience." was the only platitude we heard from Jemson in response to our frustration and the wait. I would NOT recommend working with Jemson if you are hoping to have an experience without frustration, stress and being treated fairly and with dignity as a paying customer.

We loved the product selection and the expert advice Deb gave us. The installers did a great job of completing the project. There was one miscommunication with the order but the company took responsibility and immediately corrected it. Deb then came out to see the final job. This, to me, is a great way to measure a company--how they respond when things go wrong. I am thrilled with their products and work and have referred them to friends. One brought in a piece of countertop they used as a cutting board. It had heat damage. Henry Ross was able to buff it out. They, too, were thrilled with their work. I would highly recommend them for your next project.

I must say, the owner Kurt and his employees are far beyond a 5 Star rating. Kurt let me know the full timeline of the job as well as an overview each day of what would be completed. Everyone I talked with throughout the process were professional, experienced, prompt and courteous. On the day that I could not be home, Kurt sent me pictures of the progress of their work which was very comforting to me. When the job was completed, a final walk through was performed as well as a personal phone call from Kurt who asked if I was satisfied with their work. I can honestly say that I was blown away by how Klausmair Construction operates. This is a premier company that provides over the top quality work and service. I wish to say thank you to Kurt and all who participated on this job. Klausmair Construction is #1 in their field.

Needless to say our car tires were in danger! When asked about this they replied that's what happens when a roof is replaced!! My neighbor physically picked up twenty two nails in the parking lot! A few months after the roof was finished I noticed three different areas of my condo had water marks on the ceilings . I contacted the condo association whom sent a handy man over to inspect the situation. He assured me that there was an issue with the roof replacement. We then contacted Klausmair to report the damages. Two young men showed up at my condo only to deny any wrongdoing! They were extremely disrespectful to me as a woman let a lone a home owner. The men told me if the wind blows the wrong way I would get water in the condo!! I'm almost positive that the wind will continue to blow and I find it hard to believe that the wind only blew on my condo since I'm connected to five other condos that had not gotten water on their ceilings! Low and behold after denying my claim to fix my water stains. They returned at a later date to replace/install the roof boot which was not installed at the time of the roof replacement! Just about two weeks ago now a shingle blew off the roof not sure what will happen with that problem!! I would like to warn anyone looking for a roof replacement to go to a professional that will guarantee their work for the duration or the warranty!!
