Our situation: We had a problem with our garage floor "sinking", that appeared after new garage doors were installed. Keystone gave an estimate, and on the appointed day/time, 3 of the Keystone team showed up at our house in Gaithersburg, MD. After half an hour, one of them got me and said that the problem was not in the garage foundation floor. Instead it was with the garage doors and the post in the middle of the garage between the two bays. Although I can't vouch for their foundation work, I am giving Keystone a very high rating for their professionalism and their courtesy and honesty in pointing out that their work would not have corrected the problem, Thank you Keystone.

When I was getting ready to sell my father's house in Lancaster Township, the one big job the…read morerealtor recommended was basement waterproofing, to deal with persistent water intrusion in the basement (common to the older houses in that neighborhood). She recommended Burry's, and I'm so glad she did. Mr. Burry gave me a clear estimate for a sump pump and French drain system, with waterproofing of the walls. When I gave him the green light, he fit my job into his busy end-of-year (2021) schedule and kept me constantly informed about when he was planning to do the work. After his crew had completed the job, he sent a video of the finished work, and he followed up by meeting the realtor and me at the house soon after. He gave us a tour of the new system, along with a written guarantee and a printed sheet of instructions for keeping the system in perfect working order (which I gave to the buyers at closing). Excellent work, clear communication, and a friendly, professional attitude. Most strongly recommended.

Mr. Burry was extremely knowledgeable in the issues we were having and provided an excellent explanation as to why it was occurring and of the work to be performed and what we should expect afterwards. He also provided an informational packet that included a description of the warranty he provides for his services, which is exceptional. We sought out several estimates for this job and felt most at ease with Mr. Burry, not to mention his pricing is very competitive. His work crew was top notch and extremely courteous. I decided to wait several months to write this review so as to provide an accurate idea of how well the basement is staying dry. Prior to Mr. Burry's waterproofing, our basement would get water in it whenever we had heavy rain or rain that lasted a few days. In the 9 months or so since completion, we haven't found one drop of water in the basement. Moreover, the basement air feels cleaner and dryer. We are so pleased that we got it done! Aside from the quality of the work, sitting down to learn about basement waterproofing with Mr. Burry was a nice experience. As a first time homebuyer trying to "do all my homework" prior to making updates to my home, it felt like sitting down with someone who really cared about making our home a better place because he cared about us as people. That's something money can't buy. Thanks, Mr. Burry!
