We experienced water seepage in our basement since we've moved in and contacted 58 Foundations…read more Lon, the salesman, met with us, reviewed our issue and recommended a solution. The solution consisted of a perimeter drain and two sets of sump pumps, one battery operated for back-up, at opposite corners of the basement. The installation personnel were very professional and worked extremely hard. The system was installed in 3 days as promised. Recently we had a significant storm which dumped 6-9" of water in less than 3 hours. The basement was completely dry after the storm. Lon and the customer service rep Nicole answered all of our questions in a timely manner and contacted us after the job was complete in the event we had any further questions. If you have a basement water issue I would recommend them.
