That being said, we are so pleased with the work we received from Bealing Roofing that it warrants the time to write a review. The first encounter we had with Bealing Roofing was with Mr. Bealing himself. He came to my house and checked out the condition of my roof. Not only did he tell me options I didn't realize were available to me but he was even willing to install a necessary fix we needed right then, and do it for free. He was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of my time throughout the whole process. The quote he gave us was fair and reasonable. The job they did was outstanding. Every member of his work crew was respectful and hard working. Every part of our interaction with his company was excellent. It was by far the best service we have ever received. I would recommend Bealing roofing to anyone who wants a great (not good) job done, reasonable pricing and an overall, excellent experience.

Not only did he take care of the obvious damages we could see from the street, he fixed all the other damaged shingles we were not even aware of! We also were given before and after photos which, as someone who is not terribly fond of heights, truly appreciates. We have a relatively new house so I haven't had much need for many contractor services yet. The few times where I did need help, I always get anxious trying to find someone that I feel I could trust won't take advantage of my ignorance of the subject. I'm sincerely glad I reached out to Seely Construction! We were the first roof of the season and were very pleased with the crew that came. They removed two layers of shingles, and installed a quality Owen Corning system including the ridge vents and clean up work all the same day. When they left you could not even tell they were here except for a few marks where the ground was soft which no one could of avoided. They have the greatest lady on clean up that removed every last little piece of debris. Another really impressive way they do business was they did not even require any deposit! I found this very unusual on a construction project not to at least require something for the material purchase, but payment at once in full after satisfaction seems to be their forte. I have worked part of my life in machine shops, doing quality control with tolerances in the microns and also have built 4 homes myself with the exception of HVAC and masonry. I would of done this roof myself but my knees and age did not let me. Really am glad I found R E Kuba and I have already left several other friends know who to go for when they need a job done.

I must say, the owner Kurt and his employees are far beyond a 5 Star rating. Kurt let me know the full timeline of the job as well as an overview each day of what would be completed. Everyone I talked with throughout the process were professional, experienced, prompt and courteous. On the day that I could not be home, Kurt sent me pictures of the progress of their work which was very comforting to me. When the job was completed, a final walk through was performed as well as a personal phone call from Kurt who asked if I was satisfied with their work. I can honestly say that I was blown away by how Klausmair Construction operates. This is a premier company that provides over the top quality work and service. I wish to say thank you to Kurt and all who participated on this job. Klausmair Construction is #1 in their field.

Needless to say our car tires were in danger! When asked about this they replied that's what happens when a roof is replaced!! My neighbor physically picked up twenty two nails in the parking lot! A few months after the roof was finished I noticed three different areas of my condo had water marks on the ceilings . I contacted the condo association whom sent a handy man over to inspect the situation. He assured me that there was an issue with the roof replacement. We then contacted Klausmair to report the damages. Two young men showed up at my condo only to deny any wrongdoing! They were extremely disrespectful to me as a woman let a lone a home owner. The men told me if the wind blows the wrong way I would get water in the condo!! I'm almost positive that the wind will continue to blow and I find it hard to believe that the wind only blew on my condo since I'm connected to five other condos that had not gotten water on their ceilings! Low and behold after denying my claim to fix my water stains. They returned at a later date to replace/install the roof boot which was not installed at the time of the roof replacement! Just about two weeks ago now a shingle blew off the roof not sure what will happen with that problem!! I would like to warn anyone looking for a roof replacement to go to a professional that will guarantee their work for the duration or the warranty!! This company were so unprofessional and degrading I don't know if I would have them put a roof on a dog house let a lone my home!! Thank you!

Other builders we looked at had a handful of models to choose from - Bonton let us design our home exactly how we wanted. They were amazing to work with every step of the way - from meeting with Tony to design our plans to the finishing touches being added to our home. Despite the nationwide delays, they were able to complete our home within the expected timeframe. They are meticulous with detail and were able to handle all the emotions that come with building a home. Tony was involved throughout every step and was there to support us and answer all our questions. They have a wonderful team. Everyone was friendly - from the person who answered the phones - to the contractors working inside our home. The company is very ethical - they will do whatever they can. This was a very big, important part of our decision to have Bonton design and build our home, and they surpassed our expectations. We are extremely satisfied with the entire process and love our new home. We would most certainly use them again in the future (although we don't plan on moving anytime soon).
