I was very pleased with WF Schmidt from the time I requested for an estimation of the roof to the finish. I had originally asked for an estimation for my mother's roof. While no other roofing companies really took the time to take a look at my mother's badly damaged roof, WF Schmidt took an honest effort to go up to the roof to take accurate pictures, come up with reasonable explanations, and an estimate. I was able to submit those great pictures to my mother's tough insurance company and my mother was effectively compensated by her homeowner's insurance. I can tell you that the owner of the company is very conscientious and professional and he genuinely cared about the welfare of my mother's roof. WF Schmidt professionally, dependably did their job, and cleaned up all the debris nicely for my mother's roof at the end. I will, of course, call WF Schmidt for my own roof in the future. I highly recommend this roofing contractor. I interviewed several contractors to install my residential roof and WF Schmidt really stood out from the competition. The owner Bill is a very experienced roofer. He came out to do the estimate and was on site working with his crew for the entire project. The team at WF Schmidt clearly explained our needs, and fairly priced the project. They also helped us with the color selection. WF Schmidt actually came out to our house, took photos and downloaded our house to an app to where we could see what the shingle color would look like on our house. The whole process from start to finish was awesome. Easy to connect with answered any and all questions in a timely manner. The install crew was great they were all nice and kept me informed on how things were going. They made sure to protect my property and since my neighbors are so close they made sure to protect theirs as well. Out of four roofing estimates Bill was the only one who took the time to inspect the roof from attic and find a few potential problems to address along with the new roof. No surprises, thorough.
