We had estimates from other companies for our roof and gutters. we asked TSW Roofing Solution to provide an estimate. They provide an estimate that was in the middle but promised quality work done in a timely manner. The company delivered on their statements. They finished my roof in two days and gutters in one day. The roof and gutters looked great. During the process, I felt that they look out for my interest in not have to do my roof for a long time. I had a slate roof that needed some repairs. TSW Roofing offered a competitive price and their communication was outstanding. They were prompt for all appointments and all the employees were very professional. After the job was complete, I noticed a broken slate that was missed (it was hard to see), they came back quickly and repaired it for free. This says a lot about their integrity as a company, since I had already paid in full. I had TSW Roofing Solutions and Brandon Michaels here to replace some slates after some damage done. Brandon has also replaced a garage roof last year (2021); and, was just out to inspect the slate roof and check a leak in a gutter on the foyer. I have found Brandon to be straight forward, fair and responsive. Also, when the garage roof was replaced last Summer my garage was left much cleaner than when the work was started. TSW did our roof and gutters a few years ago, and more recently rebuilt our crumbling chimney. For both jobs, they explained all of our options clearly, answered our many questions, and communicated frequently. They weren't the cheapest option, but they had a better warranty and easier, more straightforward communication than anyone else we spoke with.
