I was told when installation was going to be instead of being asked. When that date didn't work, the owners had a very bad attitude. I had to keep calling and messaging to get a date. The day of installation seemed fine. The next day my husband was deep in our yard and saw a small section of roof was not replaced. I called the owner and he tried saying my husband told him not to do that part! He was literally yelling in the phone like he was crazy. His wife co-owner, came out the next day and apologized for his behavior. She even stated "why wouldn't you do that section?". She said that they had been arguing about this. She said that he did not estimate the cost for that section! She said he would send an estimate for it and for me to call her afterwards and she would give us a materials only price. So I did, and she gave me that price, but never in writing, it seemed like a side agreement since she was arguing with her husband. She said she would talk with him about scheduling. I got no call back. I messaged, no reply, I called, no answer ...over and over for two weeks. I messaged her that I was about to call the Better Business Bureau if I didn't hear back by the next evening. Within a few minutes, the both learned how to use their phones, but only to deny the problem and send me a letter, completely distorting the facts and attempting to blame us for their neglect! Marianne Hall (wife and co-owner) is fully aware of her husband George's behavior. She even recounted several instances where we flew off the handle with other clients. This is all totally unacceptable. Additionally, we found a few shingles, and nails scattered around over the next few days. The crew left some ruts in the yard after going off of the side drive they were asked to stay away from. I overlooked these things, but now they are just a part of the full picture. At this point I would not trust them to complete the job. Their work was incomplete, communication and timeliness of appointments was terrible, the yelling and bad attitudes were the final straw! He was extremely helpful, but he could not tell me how to cancel my contract. He gave me an email to contact and assured me someone would get back to me but that has not happened yet. I have called I have sent multiple emails with a no call back. I still have an open file with this company, and I am no longer in need of their service, I am horrified by the lack of professionalism and customer service from this company. They made promises that they could not keep and I feel like I have been scammed. I want to assure that my contract is nullified and any money that was taken from my insurance company is returned for all of this seems like a scam.
