Cool Water also has done 5 or so in my neighborhood, and also received positive reviews from my neighbors. Cool Water is GAF certified, which means if a company you choose is not certified, and they use a GAF shingle, it won't be guaranteed. They have a wide range of selection, they also provided a $500 discount if you did it in the same month you received your quote in. I highly recommend these guys.

Heard about these guys through a flyer left at our door. Always suspicious but called anyway to get…read morea quote. Quote was $2000 cheaper than pther two quotes. ASked for references - quickly provided and they had several. Called for a sample board and was delivered the next day. Checked license and all seemed legit so went with them. They arrived early on the scheduled day and finished up in about 6 hours (including clean up). Hispanic crew, very professional. Spoke with the lead guy a bit who said they had been with CWR for about 17 years and seemed like most of the crew were related. Lead guy (Brian?) came by to see how things were going a few times. They found a bad board and replaced it. Painted the exhaust pipes black to blend in with the roof color. Played some music but kept it down. Installation left a lot of debris, especially nails and became a bit concerned after I had one go into my shoe. But once the roof was installed these guys cleaned up everything, using a magnet sweeper to get ALL the nails. They continued to look for small debris while packing up - very concientious about leaving place clean. The only complaint was with the guy who came by to drop off the shingles. Had a large truck with outriggers. One of the outriggers left a rectangular hole about 6 inches deep in the front yard. I easily repaired it myself while they were there, though it would have been nice to get a little comp for this. As the truck was leaving, the truck hit part of the driveway - no real damage to the driveway but broke part of his truck. Bottom line - VERY professional and awesome experience. Plus the price is right and from a local business. After picking shingle type/color, ask for references nearby so you can drive by the houses to ensure it is the kind and color you want (made us change our original selection).

He explained how they can finance the insurance deductible if needed. He also checked my gutters for damage. I was shown beautiful architectural shingles and various colors. I was shocked to learn there is a life time warranty and pro-rated if I sell my home. The crew showed up on time and covered all my bushes and plants from debris from old shingles, underlayment and nails AFTER they cleared the roof of snow. The crew was small to compare with the roofing crews quite a few neighbors had with their roof replacement. Dispite a small crew, they worked as one and in less than half the time spent by the other crews, they cleared the roof of snow, protected the shrubbery around the home, stripped the roof to the bare wood, layed new underlayment, and completely reshingled my roof, cut attic vents, cleared up the debris, cleared property of nails, and before packing up, they even replaced the shingles on the roof which protects my heat pump. Then they packed up, did a final inspection and left. I've left the company sign on my lawn because of how beautiful and better the home looks. I believe the quality and choice of shingles have increased the homes value. I live on the main street of my development and people continually stop while walking and while driving. They all admire the color, quality of work, the beauty of it and how fantastic the home looks with this new roof. Well it turn out to be a total tear down. Everything is new on the front porch new roof new rails everything new from top to bottom. Well from a distance looks good but from close it is another sight. The details are really really bad big chunks of caulk on celling on the aluminum facing and the stair post not aligned way off. And now the caulk is now peeling off. And the owner and sales person never came to see if I was happy with the job. Very disappointed.Would I will ever contract blue collar? The answer is no way. Not a good business
