I was shocked to learn there is a life time warranty and pro-rated if I sell my home. The crew showed up on time and covered all my bushes and plants from debris from old shingles, underlayment and nails AFTER they cleared the roof of snow. The crew was small to compare with the roofing crews quite a few neighbors had with their roof replacement. Dispite a small crew, they worked as one and in less than half the time spent by the other crews, they cleared the roof of snow, protected the shrubbery around the home, stripped the roof to the bare wood, layed new underlayment, and completely reshingled my roof, cut attic vents, cleared up the debris, cleared property of nails, and before packing up, they even replaced the shingles on the roof which protects my heat pump. Then they packed up, did a final inspection and left. I've left the company sign on my lawn because of how beautiful and better the home looks. I believe the quality and choice of shingles have increased the homes value. I live on the main street of my development and people continually stop while walking and while driving. They all admire the color, quality of work, the beauty of it and how fantastic the home looks with this new roof. This Company is well known by my Insurance Company's estimator and he commented on the honesty and quality work Blue Collar Restoration does and how he trusts their evaluation, estimates, quality work and superior personnel involved at all levels.

After submitting a 5k deposit I received word my order was placed and would be in early Nov. Mid October I called to follow up and learned via the village idiot Josh my windows and slider failed to get ordered and it would now be February 2022. I completely lost it. After blowing my top on the lame ass excuses I talked with Cory. Cory could not arrange for any substitute or expedite the order so I canceled the windows. I was told my doors would be in the following week and they would make an adjustment to the price as compensation. I arranged for delivery for Nov 2 and as the truck pulled into the driveway I could tell the doors were not right. I ordered 80" tall and they tried to deliver 116" doors. I called Cory and was told he had no idea how things got so screwed up. I had to cancel this part of the order and had to scramble to find windows and doors for a home ready for windows and door. KARMA sucks, keep this shit up and you will fall to the way side and be known as just that another imposter shit business.
