Very tidy, I'd even say extremely clean contractor. I wiped down all the walls and ceilings after he finished because we're painting, and for 800 sq feet I used one, repeat ONE dry swiffer. The entire second floor was carpeted and we had no idea what lay beneath. Aaron was able to smooth out the uneven boards and stain smoothly to not highlight the blemishes. I would be remiss if I didn't leave a review after the service I received today. I searched online…read moreearlier this week for companies that repair siding. This was my first time having to get any repairs done on my house that I couldn't fix myself. One of the companies got back to me and said I needed a contractor. I get online this morning searching for contractors, hoping I was going down the right path. I find several and reached out to them. Less than 2 hours later Vince had already replied to get the ball rolling. I sent pictures of the damage and what I needed done. I didn't expect him to have any availability until next week, since it was the weekend and already late in the afternoon at this point. Vince called me up and said a storm was coming and if I was available he could come by and fix it, since he didn't want the rain to possibly cause any more damage. The amount of professionalism, efficiency and knowledge I received from Vince made me feel as though he actually cared. He explained what he was doing, the tools he was using, the behind the scenes on how construction crews put up siding, the spacing, and the measurements for it. Some companies would have just fixed it and not said anything leading you to wonder what was wrong with it to begin with. Vince made sure I understood, I almost feel like I can do contracting work now (probably just holding a ladder). The work was done quickly even though at that point had it taken longer than an hour I wouldn't have been mad. Overall Vince was a pleasure to work with, I'm grateful for his work, and expediency especially when he explained how his wife had to be hospitalized and maneuvering around that and work. I would definitely recommend him for any future home improvements!

Requested an estimate to install vinyl panels to finish off a screen porch ceiling. Received a call from a representative and we discussed the job. The representative said he fully understood what I wanted and set an appointment for the next day (Saturday) to come out to take measurements and provide a sample of the materials they would propose to use. I agreed to meet him at his schedule since I told him I would be home. He said he would call ahead as to when he would come. Waited all day Saturday with my phone nearby so as not to miss his call. Waited until close of normal business (5:00 PM) he never called and did not show up. No way I will give this company my business, wasted a whole Saturday without even getting a courtesy call.

Having used this company once before and liking the work of the painter Robert, the owner, sent to…read moreour home we decided to use this company again. This time there were two different painters and Robert himself that came to do the painting. This was a surprise for my husband so Robert had agreed to bring a second guy and get the work done in one day. Robert was informed that I had injured my back and I asked him what I needed to do before their arrival. He stated I should just remove anything fragile. I did that . In my opinion, this time they did not leave my home the way they found it . Mud from shoes was on the shower and throughout the house were they had stepped. Blood was found on faucets, bathroom towels and walls where they had worked . All the heavy lifting wasnt moved back by them even though Robert asked me what I wanted and I had said I wanted it moved back. Touch ups and second coats needed to be done. I sent Robert pictures and he requested to talk to my husband and me in person. I thought he was coming to make it right, but he came off as very amped up and seemed to try to blame me even saying it was a set up. He complained to my husband how I didn't move the furniture and have the place ready to go for them He told my husband he should have left right there and then and not taken the job. He even said he pointed out the mistakes and that I had known about them. He talked just to my hustand and when I talked he would talk over me and try to have a conversation with my husband. He seemed to me to be very rude towards me and was getting me very upset and I felt insulted. He offered to come back and do the work, but at this point my husband didn't feel comfortable with the way he spoke to me and him being in our house alone with me or anymore . We came to a verbal agreement that rather then have them come back Robert would send back a small portion of the money paid. My husband said he would rather fix and finish the work at this point . Very disappointing to me since this was a gift to him. Robert was in agreement and told us he would send the check the next day . We never received the check and were left with having to clean up, complete touch ups and add a second coat.
