He was also impressed with his experience with the Board of Realtors. Throughout the years Jerry earned our business when helped us LOWER OUR TAXES on our current home at the time. We weren't selling or even thinking of selling, I met Jerry when we started this process and I was the main contact. This agent is communicative, gave me fast responses, and had a lot of patience! Every time we needed to schedule a showing at a specific time due to work, he accommodated by getting the showings and being available himself...always. We looked at so many homes over 5 months and just couldn't find the right home. My hope and excitement was turning into frustration and doubt. He was always encouraging and confident that the right home would come along. IT DID and we needed to act fast. We had to make an offer the day it hit the market. Jerry got it done, took it off the market, and closed the deal the next day. He helped us navigate the stress and emotions and stress that are part of this process. Having built that home in 1999, it was hard to leave. Jerry's sale price recommendation was right on. That was reinforced by the feedback forms from our Open House the first weekend. I had some ideas about how and when to list. Jerry incorporated them all, paying close attention to our input. Our home sold in 4 days! Just over ask! There are close to 2000 realtors in this county. Jerry is inside THE TOP 2% of agents! He has 20 years experience and we TRUSTED Jerry. We weren't disappointed. He managed the whole process with us, not just the transaction. He always made us feel like we were a priority, as if we were his only clients! I've referred Jerry Buffa already and there is NO QUESTION WHO WILL ALWAYS HAVE OUR BUSINESS. Great service and attentiveness is very hard to come by these days. We had high expectations.... Our experience was nothing less than outstanding!

We hired Wayne from Tri-M to inspect a property we had an offer on in Lancaster. The property is…read moreover 100 years old, and Wayne was a real pro for our older property. Not everyone knows what to look for in an old house - and he certainly did. He gave us tips about the foundation, pipes, etc..and was really knowledgeable. If you accompany him through the inspection (and I followed him around with a notebook), you learned all sorts of things about your home - he gave suggestions for future repairs, and pointed out things that were big fixes vs. things that we could remedy ourself. He was able to make an appointment quickly for our timeline, and got the report back to us very quickly. He also did a fantastic job with our radon inspection. For an inspector in the area, he did a great job, and I'd definitely use him in the future. The only thing I would love is if he had more referrals of reliable local businesses who could do the work on things that require repairs...but all and all, that's really not his role. What I particularly liked about him, is that he doesn't focus at all on the cosmetic things - which too many people do....instead, he focused on the big things - structural integrity, electrical systems, heating system, roofing, etc..the things that could really sink your budget. He actually take a ladder and goes up to your roof to look at it - and we had a 3 story place. For a thorough, reliable inspector who will go through both the internal systems and external integrity...Wayne does a great job. As you'll see from my other Yelp reviews, I don't always give positive reviews - but this guy deserves it. Solid integrity and inspection.
