this Company has literally saved my house from falling down , had a competitor of theirs install a system 14 months ago, I did have Chad come out review the problem i was having , the things he had said just seemed to simple to solve my problem,, so I had a "Atlantic" competitor company come and another local company review the problem as well ,, the terminology they used , and "catch" words , like on-site engineer, and world class, lifetime warranty , 24-7 emergency contact, no sub-contractors , had me hook line and sinker , so when the "Atlantic" company sent there crew out to start the job. guess who was the team leader for "Atlantic" ,,the other "Local" company I called beyond Chad's ,, I was thinking what in the heck ,, NO SUB CONTRACTOR MY REAR-END,,, but the money was already paid and they were there to work ,, so the 3 day job has now turned into 9 days,, dust everywhere mud through out the house ,, the walls covered in hand prints ,, the list goes on and on ,,,,so after 2 weeks of cleaning and scrubbing I had several floods after each rain ,,I called the 24-7 hot line only to be directed to another line , time after time ,, so I decided to call Chad from Aardvark,, on a saturday night, at 9:12 pm , I thought he said 24 hr service also lets just see ,, after all what did i have to lose,, I explained what was happening , Chad said he is about 40 minutes from our home and could come yet this evening to see what help hew could be but there would be a small fee ,, I was willing to pay anything at that point,, 50 minutes later he arrives , and immediately recognized the problem ,, the company never fastened the pipe for the water to leave the house ,, well he was there he noticed cracks in the wall that were not there when he was out last time ,, so I humbly asked if he could please look over the work from the "World Class " competitor ,, Monday morning he come and when he and I looked at the wall the company prior had drilled holes completely through the block to the outside , this in return let mud and dirt directly into my foundation , and to boot they cut or removed 6 feet of footing for the house,, Well long and short Chad fixed the wall with new block and poured a new re-enforced foundation , as well replacing the system that was installed from the prior company,, and all for less than the World Class company charged to ruin my home ,, Chad ,, thank you for saving my home,,,, I should of listened ,,, sometimes the simple words are really just that simple read more
