At our initial walk-through, Dave was adamant that the insulation between floor joists would need to be removed in order to remove any mold that may be hidden above the insulation, and then replaced. Other companies that gave us quotes made no mention of having to remove and replace the insulation. In the end, I'm very glad we went with this company, as Dave and his crew discovered significant mold hidden behind the insulation - this mold would have remained if we had gone with a different company! I will say the we did pay more overall than other quotes that we received, but I have no regrets because I know that the job was completed thoroughly and properly. The crew arrived on time both days they were here, and Dave was excellent at keeping us updated during the removal process, sending pictures and letting us know what was going on. They disposed of a LOT of clutter from the basement for us, and cleaned everything thoroughly. They also did an excellent job containing the area, laying plastic on the upper floor and even covering the walls as well. They went above and beyond by throwing in additional waterproofing measures around the worst problem area in the basement. It's great to have our basement back!

The solution consisted of a perimeter drain and two sets of sump pumps, one battery operated for back-up, at opposite corners of the basement. The installation personnel were very professional and worked extremely hard. The system was installed in 3 days as promised. Recently we had a significant storm which dumped 6-9" of water in less than 3 hours. The basement was completely dry after the storm. Lon and the customer service rep Nicole answered all of our questions in a timely manner and contacted us after the job was complete in the event we had any further questions. Specifically requested the cracks to be repaired and was assured they would be. I personally filled the cracks today. Asked about putting caution tape up, oh we don't do that.
