The solution consisted of a perimeter drain and two sets of sump pumps, one battery operated for back-up, at opposite corners of the basement. The installation personnel were very professional and worked extremely hard. The system was installed in 3 days as promised. Recently we had a significant storm which dumped 6-9" of water in less than 3 hours. The basement was completely dry after the storm. Lon and the customer service rep Nicole answered all of our questions in a timely manner and contacted us after the job was complete in the event we had any further questions. If you have a basement water issue I would recommend them.

Promised to replace it and never did despite multiple follow-up calls. They also never alerted the municipality about an inspection of the final installation, so I had to contact an inspector myself.
