The entire process was exceptional. Phil quickly came onsite, showed us a color match that helped us navigate through our HOA requirements, and quickly put together an estimate. The crew did an outstanding job on the installation and finished ahead of the time we thought it would take to complete the work. Luke did an outstanding job managing the work, communicating and ensuring the work was performed to the highest standard and to our satisfaction. We have received many compliments on the look of the house, the quality of the siding product, and the workmanship of Smucker and Sons. We would highly recommend Smucker and Sons and would most definitely use the firm again for other work.

We had water damage in one of our bathrooms. Our insurance company recommended Allen Restorations…read moreto provide emergency service and repairs. The team showed up quickly and brought the bathroom back to its original condition (including an optional upgrade which we paid for). The whole process from the beginning to the end with all parties involved including the insurance carrier (USAA) emergency team (Allen Restorations), repair team / Service Providers: Joe [Manager], Dustin, Brad, Reed, Alex and Jack; (Koser Construction / Service providers: Ryan and Nick) and carpet cleaners (Allwein's / Service provider: Doug) went well. The Allen Restorations project manager, Brin, did a great job coordinating everything in a timely manner. Our 4-star (rather than a 5-star) was based upon not receiving a paid in full (or zero balance) receipt once our full payment was made. As a result, we had to contact Brin, the project manager, to obtain our zero-balance payment invoice. Would recommend customers receive this item in a timelier manner to successfully close the loop.

Our experience with Nunez Home Help was a nightmare. The project manager, Melissa, scheduled a…read more5-day job, but after 7 days away from home the work was still unfinished. Our HVAC stopped working, and their electrician admitted he had "no idea what's wrong" until we explained what our HVAC company found. Plumbing and temperature issues remain. When we calmly shared concerns, Melissa became defensive, yelled, and had to be asked to leave -- our Ring camera even recorded her saying, "Yes, we did rush the project." Afterward, she falsely accused us of causing the damage and refused to fix anything, claiming the job was "up to their standards." We now face $4-5K in repair costs. Save yourself the stress and hire another company.
