Over 3 months and still no action or effort by them to fix their destruction from a simple (failed) garage floor lift. They are refusing to fix the damage they caused to my floor pool AND foundation. They are forcing me to sue them for the simple matter of recovering damages they caused. *Garage floor cracked into 5 pieces *Pool squares too low (already sinking)/2"caulk filling a gap they left / lifted some too high *Foundation crack from garage lift *interior basement view of crack in foundation. I explained to them the water is coming from the cracked foundation on the outside into the ceiling of the basement. My basement never flooded from the bottom up. It didn't even flood from the floor up during Hurricane Sandy! So, Brandon, the co-owner, told me they would install a system that would keep the basement dry. I'm a recent widow and not knowledgeable about waterproofing systems so I let them put it in. Before they installed the system I had 7 buckets to collect water and after they put in the system, I had 9 buckets. The system they installed did nothing. The leaks got worse. I called them and they came back to seal the outside with a sealant but the leaking continued. When I reached out again I got no response. I contracted a handyman and he sealed up the outside foundation for less than $300.00. I paid $6,000.00 to Schneck Waterproofing and the problem was repaired by someone else for far less.
