Started off nice. I spoke with the wife and she was pleasant. About an hour goes by I reach out to ask if they were still coming she says yes they got held up at Lowe's and will be there in 10 minutes. 20 minutes go by I start to call to cancel the appointment but saw them pulling in my drive way. The wife came in greeted me & appeared apologetic the husband "handyman" stood behind very stand off & seemingly annoyed. He came in my home I extended my hand and he was reluctant. Brushed it off showed them upstairs to the office and kids bedroom and what I needed done. I asked how long the service would take. Initially we agreed on 2-3 hours now it was 4-5 hours and they we're over an hour late. When I challenged the timeframe, the husband then abruptly blurted out "I don't need this!" Instructed his wife to grab his tools & I followed them out of my home. I felt very uncomfortable with them in my home esp the husband. He seem very unhinged & I smelled alcohol on him as he was leaving. They also left my office a mess. Don't leave ANYTHING to weaver!

Customers and contractors beware!! We hired Prestige Craftsmanship on approximately July 24, 2018…read moreto remodel our master bathroom with a customized shower and walk in closet for $10,500. We were to provide the main bathroom furniture and finishing materials like tiles, toilet, sink, lights, etc. And Prestige Craftsmanship was to provide all labor and the working materials. The work was estimated to be 2 weeks, however, after about 2 months Prestige Craftsmanship had walked away from the job, incomplete and a mess. Prior to beginning the demolition, the bedroom furniture was not covered, so the entire room and furniture are completely covered with drywall, concrete and fiberglass dust. Eric Headley (the owner of Prestige Craftsmanship) promised to have the room cleaned along with an area of the carpet replaced that was damaged by him from foam insulation. The shower has to be completely redone due to "substandard materials and poor craftsmanship" according to the tile expert we brought in after noticing many areas of concern. The $1400 sink that we purchased has been damaged due to the poor attempt that Mr. Headley made to cut holes for the plumbing, which we specifically asked him not to do. The drywall and doors in both the bathroom and closet remained unfinished and unpainted. The floor in the closet is damaged and sticking up near the entry creating a safety hazard. Both baseboard heaters were removed and never put back. During this whole ordeal, we remained patient and tried to be understanding. We were even asked to pay, and did pay, an extra $1000 that wasn't due until the work was complete. However, according to him, he needed to pay the plumber he hired. Who he did not even wind up paying. Friday, October 5th was the last day he worked. That next Monday, October 8th he text that he would not be in due to time running out and hurting his back. By Tuesday, October 9th, he responded to our text inquiring when he would be back to finish in which he responded that he would not be back because he took another job and wouldn't have the time.

It has been 1 year since we had Kozi totally gut our bathroom. It was 28 years old and nothing had…read morebeen done. Just the normal cosmetic paint and paper. When they started they made sure they put plastic up to not get dust all over the house. Very conscious about dirt and cleaning up. Had a couple issues but they rectified that immediately. Even after 1 year the bathroom still feels new and they came out and fixed the caulking on the tub with no issues. I still think I'm in a dream when I'm in my new bathroom. Total transformation. I have to say they stick by their work and if something isn't right they will fix it. They switched out the shelves to ones that we really liked and fixed some of the flooring. We LOVE our bathroom and hope to use them for other projects in the future.

The quality of work is high and while there was one particular thing I wasn't happy with, they remediated it. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is just around coordination and communication of the project. There were a few times that work was delayed because communication wasn't entirely robust. It's reflective of a business that is growing at a very high rate. My recommendation is for them to have one single point of contact between the customer and Kozi, with a daily check-in at the end of the day. I love my bathroom, my laundry room, and my new front door. I recently received a quote for my next renovation project and plan to work with Kozi again.

He came by my house on a Saturday to check out the groundwater issue in my cellar. They put in a french drain and went way above and beyond the call of duty and his pricing was more than fair.
