If you're looking for someone to handle drywall/painting, then you should just stop looking -- call…read moreAnthony and his team now. I've hired them twice -- once after we needed a massive amount of drywall repair and then a second time that required quite a bit of indoor painting in our house. Anthony and his team are one of the few contractors I've hired over the years that has been incredibly responsive, accomodating, and always on time. He communicated well, and he or his team were always on site within 15 minutes of stated arrival. When he couldn't fit the large job in his schedule in the next 2-3 weeks, he volunteered to come out and paint our nursery that weekend on his own time so that we could get that room situated before the arrival of our baby. The crews were clean, great with our animals, and were easy to work with (and around). All for a very reasonable price. Seriosly, stop looking at more reviews and just call.

We couldn't be happier with choosing Pezzotti Painting for our house makeover! The owner, Anthony,…read morecame by to have a look at our home and listened to what we wanted to have done. He came back to us that same day with a fair quote and was very responsive and friendly with the several follow-up questions we asked in the next days. His brother Dominic and other employee, Blake, were the ones that actually did the work in our home over the course of 9 days. They started by removing some wall paper and then spent numerous hours filling countless holes and cracks in our walls and ceilings. They tried to seal off the areas they were working in in order to minimize the dust as much as possible. They were very diligent at filling all the cracks and holes and smoothing them out so that they were no longer visible. They did several ceilings, a few bedrooms, trim, a living room, kitchen, and hallways, including two staircases. We actually added to the scope of work a couple of times and they were very accommodating. As we were working from home the entire time they were doing the job, we saw first hand how hard they worked throughout the day. They even came back for an extra couple of hours one day to make sure a blemish was fixed. They really went the extra mile, giving it their all and the results showed. We are very happy with how everything turned out! On top of a great outcome, it was a pleasure having them in our home. They were very respectful and friendly, and did a better job of cleaning up at the end of each day than any other contractors we have had in our home. Without hesitation, we recommend Pezzotti Painting! We certainly plan on calling them back for future painting projects! Thank you!!

I'll start by saying that I didn't actually hire LBS for the job, but was so impressed with…read moreeverything else, I felt moved to leave a reviews based on service alone. To be honest, the only reason we went elsewhere was because we needed a good bit of painting done at the same time and was able to combine into one contractor. Luis was EXCEPTIONALLY responsive, and quick to offer to come out and take a look at the project. He explained everything and was quick to return a quote that was very fair and comparable to others received for the job. He was very easy to get in contact with and returned messages within an hour. He was friendly, kind, personable, and even made it a point to spend time with our pets before he left. Basically -- while I can't speak to the actual skill (although other reviews were happy with LBS's work), service and responsiveness was an A+, which for me matters a ton when hiring a contractor for work on my house.

I…read moreresonate with her review and quote "All was going well and he seemed to know what he was talking about but then I asked him to email his quote to a second email address and it was downhill from there. He huffed and puffed about cc'ing a second email so god knows what he would be like on the job if he had to do something mildly inconvenient. I was completely baffled how this man turned into a child before my very eyes." All of the contractors I've dealt with with the exception of Beauty Walls - have enjoyed back and forth communication, and being very communicative and clear. Sviat literally told us "I'm not in the communications department" on one of his bad days where he was 'inconvenienced' by having to respond to our emails and requests. He rage deleted our project from his system, and when we asked him about it he said that he let his emotions get the best of him and shouldn't have done it in the moment (see more later). Dealing with him and his business delayed our move in date by a month. A prime example of communications with him will be ie - send email Monday, no reply, we follow up Wednesday, then he replies, then we respond within minutes to hours, and have to follow up again Friday for an update. We were going to try to make it work with him - since he did our floors for another property many years ago and went without hiccup. He emailed us (this is copy and pasted: " I made a mistake deleting that estimate, I started again and I'm not able to overcome my emotions. Sorry I can't do your floors. There are good companies on Yelp.com or Angi.com with trustful reviews. We can do painting for you after the floors are done" I would recommend this business if you are ok dealing with this unprofessionalism and childlike behavior As soon as we moved onto quotes from 2 other businesses, WOW night and day. Very communicative, no babysitting and having to follow up for responses, and even more - wow no complaining about having to communicate?! Bonkers. Such a horrible experience, when I really wanted to initially support an independent family business.

Anthony's a pro, from the extreme responsiveness to the request for a quote to the thoughtfulness of the questions when he toured our house to the crew that he brought onsite. His team was on time, professional, and as low profile as 3-4 total strangers can be when painting multiple rooms of your house over several days. And best of all, their work was flawless, even spending time at the end of last day to sweep and tidy. We'll use again in the future for certain.

I know it's like a joke getting contactors in but it's not terribly funny when it happens to you. The quality of the work was 5 stars. no ifs ands or buts. hole fixed, ceiling painted no fuss no muss no mess. It looks great. The office paperwork side was less so. it was a 2 maybe a 3. It was hard to get an estimate, e-mails sent were apparently missed, the office staff was disorganized- and I'm being polite. it was disorganized to the point I felt like they didn't want my business. and setting a date for the work was only marginally less stressful than Noah booking seats on the ark. When the workmen showed up, they had no work order, I got no receipt or anything at all, and they barely spoke English leading to a few misunderstandings. So the work was absolutely first rate but my God, it was a challenge getting it going.

Given John's response I have to write a review update. I have already laid out what our experience…read morewas with him, the subsequent issues of that work, and what other contractors have told us since we have had others in to actually resolve the core/root problem we were having and feel it's no longer productive to belabor this aspect. However, the true issue here is the picture John has decided to paint of us, which is the reason why I have chosen to write this update just for further context for others considering working with him. To clarify what John describes as "nightmare" behavior. As he says we did not reside at the residence yet so obviously someone had to let him in to do the work. I'm not sure why he believes we were not on time- that's how we knew he was always late sometimes to the point of having to reschedule because we would be waiting for him at the house first. I do not know what difficulty he is describing contacting us and getting into the house when we have frequent text messages and outreach confirming our meeting times with him. Additionally the "late" payment he is referring to occurred over the 4th of July holiday weekend in which he gave us no exact time estimate when he'd be done; we were out with friends and not checking our phones but he messaged us at 5:45PM and we paid at 8:26PM, the very same day with apologies of the inconvience caused by the few hours delay when we had a spare moment to send payment while out. I'm happy he's brought up our text conversations as that is at least one thing I am very much in agreement with. We were nothing short of respectful and cordial in our exchanges with him and thanked him for coming out to do the work repeatedly and I would also gladly show anyone the conversation history and very much stand by the courtesy and understanding we treated him with when he asked for schedule flexibility in arrival times and more. Minus the 4th of July message delay because of us being out of town, we were prompt with responses as well which our texts would show. We also initially reached out privately via email first to try to resolve this directly with John before writing this review. It's one thing for business owner and client to disagree on an experience however I strongly feel the way John painted us as clients is highly inaccurate and upsetting.
