I inquired on how long the job would take based on pictures I sent over, and he replied "an hour max, and it will probably be a couple screws and glue" Communication was OK overall. Lee contacted me on a Monday and asked for the address, email and phone number and asked about my availability for the remainder of the week. I didn't receive a response to my reply, so I had to follow up the next day. We were able to get the job scheduled for the same Friday and his team came to complete the project utilizing a lockbox we provided. I didn't receive any updates during the job, which probably would have helped the surprise of the invoice I later received that was $232.35 when I was expecting something closer to $100 based on our first conversation. Lee did promptly reply and let me know that they thought they would hit a stud but since there was nothing, the job was more complicated as they had to create the support. Overall, still a solid experience and I would still consider using Lee and Finest Fix in the future.

I ended up deciding to cancel that appointment and made another one. On my second request, I initially said "any time on a particular Friday." They gave me a range of 9-11 AM on a Sat and I asked if they could come in at 9 AM and they said yes. They ended up coming in right before 11 AM. So, I can understand that I needed to try to pick a time interval to be available rather than a time, okay. I gave them some stars for working with me and being professional for the in-person estimate itself. I was then told that I would receive an estimate over the phone in the same day some hours later. I requested by e-mail instead and was told that this was fine. During a time period of two weeks and two days after that, I had made three phone calls. I left voice mails twice and got through one time, the 2nd time I believe. I was told that the estimate was mixed up with something else and that it would be coming out. I'm not sure if they want to work with me or not, but at least it would be nice to let me know that instead of running me around. For potentially big jobs, my reasonable concern of not being able to receive an estimate by e-mail (or snail mail physical copy) makes me feel like there would be a he-said-she-said dynamic if I went for this. For smaller jobs, it isn't such a big loss and they seem like they do good work from the other reviews and my interaction with the attendant during the estimate. They may not be the most pronounced with their words, but I was willing to consider them with the other good reviews and them being local to me. With the lack of an estimate by e-mail, it made me wonder if the company or someone in the company has a PA license number. I would like to presume yes, but I couldn't find one personally based on company name. I know the search engine isn't the best if you don't have the actual license number to look up. If there are any updates/changes to this review or if it's proper for me to write another review as I can't update this one after about a month, then I will do so. I've strongly considered and tried to rate my experience as fairly as possible, and I really feel that Sunny's services could've done much better with their interactions in working with me after the estimate was completed.

Scheduling that was straightforward and he arrived at exactly the time requested. He took a look at my jobs (a mixture of plumbing and electrical work) and gave me an amazing price. I asked him to give me a few days as I hadn't received all the hardware. Once I had, I called him and he was able to come out the next day to start. He showed up on time and stayed till late in the night so that he could get as much done as he could. I asked for some modifications to the original work and he discovered a lingering plumbing issue yet he didn't ask for a huge increase in price. His pricing is fair and actually at the bottom end of the pricing scale. His actual work was top notch. He is meticulous about how he does everything and he takes pictures and explains any problem or issues that might arise as he is doing work. HIs transparency gave us confidence to ask him to do more things. His fair pricing meant that we didn't have a shock. We actually tripled the amount that we intended to spend, but, we actually got him to do so much more work because we trusted him. On top of all that he even called us a few days after the work to check in on us. Highly recommend this professional. In all areas: pricing, timeliness, neatness of work, actually fix things, he is top notch.

Tech was able to clean a bathroom fan of internal lint build up and clean two skylights. He was unable to properly replace a ceiling AC register after cleaning. I asked him not to try the other 3. Also, I learned after that his employer had given him bleach for cleaning. Not appropriate for this work. I had been specific about the cleaning solution because mold inspectors told me to be. If owner couldn't find the product, the owner should have told me beforehand.

DPM did a great job finishing my basement. It was unfinished with concrete foundation walls and…read morefloors and now it is a beautiful space that my family enjoys every day. The attached photos are a work in progress. DPM also installed radiant barriers in my attic and blow-in insulation and the difference after the work is substantial in my energy bills. I highly recommend this upgrade if you have issues with abnormal energy bills. DPM also dug down 8' along my foundation walls and sealed my foundation walls fixing water infiltration before the basement was finished and it's dry to this day. I highly recommend their work and I'm available for references.
