On the day of the appointment, I waited around until 5pm, when I called to confirm they were still coming. They didn't answer, but called me back about 30 min later to say that there was a mix-up and that they weren't coming. To their credit, they did come the next day, but the technician was very confused about what to caulk in my showers. We watched a youtube video together, then he caulked the showers. I was very nervous at this point, but trusted him. Of course, after waiting 24 more hours to use the showers (and now almost a week of showering at the gym), I find that the shower leaks!!! I contacted the company and they promised to look at it when the drawer technician comes out. Well, that appointment got rescheduled 2 times. I was getting pretty fed up and asked them to commit to a time. That's when Pete, the manager, tells me via email that they cannot ensure that a shower won't leak after they caulk it. At this point, I had no confidence in this company and asked for a refund for the one shower and to cancel the drawer repair. They refunded me $75 out $200 wished me luck disputing the remainder with my credit card company. A total waste of my time and honestly the worst customer service I've experienced in Philly (and that's saying a lot!).

He showed up on time and stayed till late in the night so that he could get as much done as he could. I asked for some modifications to the original work and he discovered a lingering plumbing issue yet he didn't ask for a huge increase in price. His pricing is fair and actually at the bottom end of the pricing scale. His actual work was top notch. He is meticulous about how he does everything and he takes pictures and explains any problem or issues that might arise as he is doing work. HIs transparency gave us confidence to ask him to do more things. His fair pricing meant that we didn't have a shock. We actually tripled the amount that we intended to spend, but, we actually got him to do so much more work because we trusted him. On top of all that he even called us a few days after the work to check in on us. Highly recommend this professional. The new light fixtures I asked to have installed were sticking out of the wall because the prior fixture box was not in all the way, and cement had been put around the box to cover it up. Instead of completing the installation of the new fixtures on the old poorly done box and having them stick out, we discussed it, and he suggested that he could chip out the cement, which was not a simple task, and replace the boxes with "half boxes" that I would need to purchase. In the end, he was able to put the original boxes back in properly and install the new lanterns flush with the wall. Looks really good!
