I have no idea, but the toilet is working fine now. While he was here for the toilet repair I had Mike give me a quote for a water-powered sump-pump backup. I was prepared to pay whatever the cost and have no idea (again) if the $1750 I paid for it was "a good price," but the job is done and the peace of mind I now have is worth the cost of installation. Mike is fast to respond, local, and follows-through on his promises. All the work was done promptly and I wouldn't hesitate to use Mike again in the future.

Tyler and Nathan were not only extremely professional (prompt arrival, shoe coverings, etc), but…read morethey were also ridiculously kind and thorough. I had an HVAC system installed by a different contractor who cut a few corners, and they mitigated the deficiencies by fixing what they could on the spot. Additionally, they ordered a new part that couldn't be fixed today and offered to schedule a new appointment. I plan to request them specifically next time! Overall, Stallion has been very pleasant to work with; they came out same day when my boiler broke in the winter and ordered a new one and installed it within 5 days. Their quotes are fair, and scheduling is easy. The only weird thing is they have a lot of different phone numbers, and their email is @serviceexperts.com, which confused me at first.
