I purchased a service membership with Home Climates for my Navien boiler and had Home Climates…read moreperform annual maintenance on October 12, 2023. I paid Home Climates $19.90 per month in a membership fee for annual service. Five weeks later, on November 22, the boiler stopped working due to an ignition failure. Home Climates came to fix it and billed us $289 to fix (see invoice). When I complained, they said I got a discount and if I wasn't a member, the service call would be $499. Actually I paid $528 for the call [19.9 x 12 months = $239 + the $289]. So what was the purpose of the membership and annual maintenance if not to ensure that the furnace will work through the winter? The part and labor for the igniter was guaranteed for 5 years per the invoice, but this was the second time in two years that they had to replace it. I never received a copy of the invoice for the first replacement and I had to request a copy of the most recent one on 11/27. The technician informed us that Navien told him that part should be replaced every 2 years, however, Navien tech center denies that. Even so, I question why it wasn't replaced on October 12, 2023. The part was covered under warranty! This boiler was installed new in January 2021 so it is less than 3 years old. I canceled my Home Climates membership after this, but I will hold them to that 5 year parts and labor for the spark igniter. Something certainly is wrong with their billing.

I had explained what I wanted a quote on (flooring) and had scheduled a day for a quote. I had reached out to NHF and explained that I would be out of town 4/12, but my realtor and mother would be present and know exactly what I wanted done. 4/20...I'm still waiting on a quote. I reached out to Susan who was very pleasant and stated she would call me back after speaking with Chip. Chip called me back within 5 minutes (called me Nathan, my name is Zachary) and was very rude on the phone, stating he was blind sided when her got to the property. He said he didn't know what to measure (why would you agree to do a quote without knowing what needed to be measured before hand?) even though my realtor, mother and Susan (sales clerk) knew exactly what I wanted. My realtor reported he wasn't very approachable. Come to find out he never measured and left, never informing me of this. Meanwhile, I'm sitting around waiting on a quote. I will never use NHF for anything. It sucks because Susan was great and they have great products. Chip needs to take a class on customer service etiquette. Go to Weckers, better customer service!

Once again we used North Hills Flooring to perform work in our home and we are absolutely thrilled…read morewith the service, materials and professional workmanship. The job site was kept immaculately clean throughout each work day with a final clean at the end of work day #5. With due care, we were able to use our kitchen and access the stairs to our 2nd floor while the work was being performed. The disgusting DIY flooring was demolished, the existing subfloor was screwed down virtually eliminating all of the existing floor squeaks, the installer relieved a hump in the middle of the kitchen, installed the Luan underlayment to the existing subfloor with literally thousands of staples, and sealed all joints with Ardex. The installer expertly trimmed underneath all wood moldings and kitchen cabinets so that the LVT could be installed underneath instead of just abutting the moldings and cabinets. There were 5 major areas that needed to be squared on the floor prior to laying out the tiles, cementing the underlayment, and installing the LVT. All 3 of the cased wall openings received identical reveals between the LVT and other flooring materials. New shoe moldings, cove base and transition strips were installed, and the entire job site was cleaned squeaky clean. This was the 3rd project done for us in our home by North Hills Flooring, and we will definitely use them once again during our next remodel. The owners, Chip & Susan Weile, are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell, and they both have an artistic eye toward home interior design.

All he kept saying was that I cause damage to his business. Instead of taking accountability and fixing the issue. Dwayne is not to be trusted. I would never recommend anyone to hire this company to do anything. Update: I was asked by the owner Dwayne Wolfe to remove my review in order to receive my refund. It has been over 2 months now since our last email conversation. Dwayne Wolfe is not honest nor professional. I have been waiting since July 2025 to receive my refund for damages to my furniture and wall done during a move. I should have canceled the TV mount service being that I used his TV mount service before and that TV wasn't mounted correctly then. This time, I tried to give him a second chance only to have a 55inch TV almost fall on me due to another improper installation. Which caused damage to the wall. It is now February 2026 and still nothing we had originally agreed per emails and text. Original Review: Last year, I had Dwayne and his crew move me from Lancaster Pa to Manchester PA. The move was great they took very good care of my Antique furniture and other containers. So because of that I reached out to Dwayne to handle my move to Alabama with a stop on the way in Maryland to pickup my partners things. Upon arrival she was told that everything may not fit. Which was very unprofessional when there was more than enough room for her things to fit. Especially, when the truck had more than enough room if packed correctly. Once they began packing all had fit and what small things didn't go we packed in the car. As we got closer to evening Dwayne advised that he was going to get a hotel and arrive to the house in Alabama in the morning. We arrived to the house at 9am and no call, text, or email from Dwayne. We went to get breakfast still no call, text,or email. I called while at breakfast and was told by Dwayne that the helpers woke up late and they will be at the house by 12pm. Upon their arrival at 2pm (5 hours late), Dwayne called and advised they were at the house and decided to unload the truck in the driveway. As we pulled up to the house from picking up cleaning supplies and water for the guys we noticed our stuff on the driveway like it was a garage sale or something. It was so unprofessional and disappointing to see. Then, after they moved the things into the house Dwayne seemed frustrated and annoyed when I asked about him installing the TV's and assembly of the beds which was part of the agreement. He proceeded to install the bed and TV's. He seemed to struggle to install a TV wall mount and TV on the wall. Then, I went out to the hardware store to pick up more proper screws for the TV mount. Not sure what he did with the screws he removed in Manchester for the same mount. All the screws were packed and labled to make the installations smooth. But while I was gone he assembled 1 queen frame and a twin futon. When I came back they placed the TV on the wall and I looked at everything that wasn't till wrapped in plastic. They brought in the final piece of furniture. It was completely destroyed. I told them to leave it in the Garage. He decided to leave it right at the entrance of the garage door. So I had to move it to the side wall myself. He said it was fixable and its not. We went to sleep woke up the next morning sat back on the bed and the bed shifted with a loud bang. Noticed that the bed wasn't properly assembled screws missing and loose. I immediately checked everything. The twin bed was missing screws and shifting left and right. My antique coffee table was scuffed in mutiple places, dinning table scuffed, dressers scuffed, bed frame chipped and scuffed, some China plates cracked and destroyed, desk missing a part, screws checked and noticed screws were loosened and had to be tightened and the motor bar was disconnected, computer monitor mount was chipped like it was dropped on the ground. I was emailed by Dwayne to sent photos was told by email that they did their best and I would be fully compensated. I'm still waiting.
