They were booked solid - but he listened to my issue over the phone and gave me some troubleshooting ideas to include it is "usually a GFCI somewhere that got bumped and tripped that is causing the problem". Before calling the recommended competitor, I found the offending GFCI (second floor bathroom - who knew??!), reset it and all good. Several other electrical companies charged over $100 just to come out and do an estimate before even doing any work - I found this to be ridiculous and decided to go with "James Morrow Electrician and Handyman." I can tell you right away that I made a solid decision as that Jim did a great job from the gecko! He was very responsive, professional and explained everything he is going to do over the phone so that I felt comfortable with choosing him as a professional.
