I then looked up carpet cleaning and found these wonderful folks. And my answer as to whether they charged the price I was quoted is misleading - the owner told his son to charge me $150.00 less! Josh was very professional and did a good job on the furniture as well as some stained carpeting and recommended a natural pet cleaning product that I can use when the dog messes. In addition, he came back the next day (on a Sunday) to hit a spot that he missed the first time! I highly recommend these folks and would definitely use them again.

I used Catherine's team at Pay Klean monthly for about 7 months and even left a previous 5 star review, which I now deleted. After my May cleaning, I let Catherine know about a rug that appeared to have been damaged while vacuuming. She said she would reimburse me, but she never followed back up. I didn't think much of it because it's a cheap target rug, but I realized the morning of my June cleaning that I hadn't heard from her at all. Her team did not show that day and I have not gotten a response from Catherine. I requested a reimbursement for my rug on Venmo and have not received it. Very disappointed to have been dropped without notice, especially after preparing our house for their visit after a long work week. Very unprofessional to ghost someone over an inexpensive damaged item. I have screenshots of our texts on my Google review.
