I've used two window cleaning services in the past. This was my first time trying Shambaugh. It is by far the best cleaning and experience we've had. They were exactly on time, quiet, friendly and professional, removed shoes in the house without anyone asking. Three guys working together and all super nice. Our home is a difficult window job. Original windows from 1956 with glass storm windows. The windows don't operate smoothly and the storms are difficult to remove and replace. Mature landscaping up against the house crowding some windows. Unusually high second story windows. They even replaced bulbs in two wall lanterns. There was not one single comment about the challenges, and they handled it with ease. Nothing like sparkling windows and great experience. Can't recommend them enough. read more
