He quickly scheduled a time to come out, take a look at the project, and provide a quote -- which he turned around just as quickly. His communication was clear, professional, and easy to follow every step of the way. One thing I especially appreciated was his use of a web-based system for quotes, scheduling, invoicing, and payment. It made the entire process seamless and super convenient -- no back-and-forth confusion, no chasing paperwork, just straightforward and efficient. Once I approved the quote, we got on the schedule, and Adam showed up right on time (which already puts him ahead of a lot of contractors I've worked with in the past). He got straight to work, no nonsense, and completed the project efficiently while still making sure everything was done right.
