The move was great they took very good care of my Antique furniture and other containers. So because of that I reached out to Dwayne to handle my move to Alabama with a stop on the way in Maryland to pickup my partners things. Upon arrival she was told that everything may not fit. Which was very unprofessional when there was more than enough room for her things to fit. Especially, when the truck had more than enough room if packed correctly. Once they began packing all had fit and what small things didn't go we packed in the car. As we got closer to evening Dwayne advised that he was going to get a hotel and arrive to the house in Alabama in the morning. We arrived to the house at 9am and no call, text, or email from Dwayne. We went to get breakfast still no call, text,or email. I called while at breakfast and was told by Dwayne that the helpers woke up late and they will be at the house by 12pm. Upon their arrival at 2pm (5 hours late), Dwayne called and advised they were at the house and decided to unload the truck in the driveway. As we pulled up to the house from picking up cleaning supplies and water for the guys we noticed our stuff on the driveway like it was a garage sale or something. It was so unprofessional and disappointing to see. Then, after they moved the things into the house Dwayne seemed frustrated and annoyed when I asked about him installing the TV's and assembly of the beds which was part of the agreement. He proceeded to install the bed and TV's. He seemed to struggle to install a TV wall mount and TV on the wall. Then, I went out to the hardware store to pick up more proper screws for the TV mount. Not sure what he did with the screws he removed in Manchester for the same mount. All the screws were packed and labled to make the installations smooth. But while I was gone he assembled 1 queen frame and a twin futon. When I came back they placed the TV on the wall and I looked at everything that wasn't till wrapped in plastic. They brought in the final piece of furniture. It was completely destroyed. I told them to leave it in the Garage. He decided to leave it right at the entrance of the garage door. So I had to move it to the side wall myself. He said it was fixable and its not. We went to sleep woke up the next morning sat back on the bed and the bed shifted with a loud bang. Noticed that the bed wasn't properly assembled screws missing and loose. I immediately checked everything. The twin bed was missing screws and shifting left and right. My antique coffee table was scuffed in mutiple places, dinning table scuffed, dressers scuffed, bed frame chipped and scuffed, some China plates cracked and destroyed, desk missing a part, screws checked and noticed screws were loosened and had to be tightened and the motor bar was disconnected, computer monitor mount was chipped like it was dropped on the ground. I was emailed by Dwayne to sent photos was told by email that they did their best and I would be fully compensated. I'm still waiting.

I hired FoxFix to repair some seams in the drywall in our condo. I liked Yevhenii (and his wife)…read morevery much when he came out and I felt like they'd do a great job. Indeed, they worked diligently and cleaned up each time they visited. The first round of work, both of them came; the second and third times, just Onya came to and she was super friendly and worked quietly while I worked in the office. I didn't paint the repairs immediately because of a lack of time, but once I did, I was disappointed with how the work turned out. I contacted Yevhenii again and sent him pictures. Communication was great and he came out to look and offered to either refund the money paid and for someone else to do the work or he (and his wife) would try again. I allowed them to come back and Onya worked for hours to redo most of the work. Again, carefully, quietly, and working with my schedule. Yevhenii came to check on things and also wanted to do some of the painting to see how the repairs looked. One area in one of the bathrooms looks pretty good but the kitchen and the other bathroom looks terrible, as evidenced by the pictures. I recontacted Yevhenii and he offered a $200 refund which I accepted. There was the original price of the job and, in consideration of the friendliness that the couple offered and the six visits they made, I felt was worth a $100 tip. In the end, I had drywall dust to clean up throughout the condo on multiple days and the results look amateurish. I'm still not sure why this is so hard to do and do reasonably well. I'm not looking for taj mahal-lile work but the pictures, I think, speak for themselves. I'm sure Yevhenii does great work, as evidenced by other positive reviews and pictures, but this project was a fail.

We had a half wall added to a loft area at the top of the stairs. Yevhenii did excellent work…read more We even threw him a challenge to create some custom moulding on the cap to match the other two half walls in the same hallway, and you can't tell the difference. Jobs like this are harder than one would think mostly because matching drywall seams is really hard. That's why I didn't do this myself. It takes patience and attention to detail. Where the wall had a straight transition to the existing wall, Yevhenii matched the seam patch perfectly, and you can't tell it wasn't originally part of the house. Yevhenii even showed me what to look for if I found that the drywall patches needed more work (flashlight at an oblique angle). He knew that this kind of thing takes effort, and to get a Level 5 drywall finish is asking A LOT (I didn't expect it either because I knew this too.) I like painting, so I asked Yevhenii to leave that part to me. Often, when you paint, you can see the flaws in a project. Even though the top cap of the wall was two pieces glued up and the wall had to make that existing wall transition, the lines were smooth and clean, and you couldn't tell. His workmanship is measured and precise, he cleans up each day, and he's a nice person to talk to as well. You could do a lot worse than to hire Fox-Fix. Yevhenii is the kind of local guy you want to have in your pocket for whatever you need.

They were not overpaid by any means EXCEPT that they damaged almost every piece of my best furniture in a 4 mile move. For instance: Guest bedroom box spring and mattress (scraped off fabric on edge/corner and dirty from dragging even though it was in a UHAUL mattress/box protector), Living room couch (dirt on back of couch from footprint? & metal gliders yanked out of couch legs by dragging) TV cabinet, (at least 9 half-dime or larger dings to the moldings and edges & metal gliders yanked out), Master bedroom bedside table 1 (large wide scrape to the finish on top), Master bedroom bedside table 2 (several nicks/dings), Master bedroom cedar chest (large gouge to side). The contents of at least one box were shattered - it was pottery that was very special to me - There are many boxes I have not yet opened - be aware they do not guarantee boxes will not be damaged. They did not properly wrap furniture before putting it on the dolly. When I called the company to find out what happened, they had a fake phone number for my account, even though I confirmed it with them the day prior. They left me on hold for 30 minutes, and when I tried to call back, it appears their phone number was disconnected. I have over $1000 in this delivery, I can't get in touch with anyone at the company, and the person I spoke to basically said 'Too bad, you missed it today, we'll schedule it for sometime next week'. Then I was put on hold indefinitely and have not been able to get back in touch since. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is abysmal.

They had a truck with a lift gate, a dolly and they were expedient in the delivery. The team was courteous and respectful. They handled the washing machine very carefully and it arrived in excellent condition. The reason I'm only giving them four stars is because they were supposed to call 30 minutes prior to delivery, but did not call. This was not a huge issue since I planned to be home for the entire delivery window, but I was told I'd get the call so I'm subtracting one star.
