After struggling with Centurylink for years. PA.Net was offering a new wireless service using an antenna on your house that communicates with a tower on the hill, and 25mbps! The good: speeds are as promised about half the time. The other half they're pretty close. The bad: if it is any time after 8pm and the internet goes down, you're going to be down until morning. CTI/PA.Net doesn't have any kind of after hours support. Unfortunately, this isn't a rare situation and is very frustrating if you rely on the Internet connection for TV or work. Any snow or thunderstorm you can bet that someone has to go to the tower to reboot something, and they aren't going until after the start of business when they get around to it. If that's not the case, the main office has a power issue or flooding. They need to do better because the second something better comes into the area people are going to drop them like hot potatoes.

When I got there before I even opened my mouth, I guess they saw the equipment in the bag. A little bug eyed Manager said we do not take it here "this is a wireless store". He would not look at the email from Verizon with the return instructions and locations. I was very upset and may have said a couple of words i should not have. He threatened to call the cops on me if I did not leave. This is a terrible store with terrible customer service and a inadequate Manager. If you dont believe me look at all of the "1" rated reviews. We also had a line on our normal account that my dad was being charged for and didn't know it for almost 3 years, we tried getting it taken off the account at other stores and they always gave us the run around as to way they can't. ..... Enter Jen... one Saturday morning we decided it was time to upgrade our phones (after 6 years) and finally try and take care of the problems with the normal account, Business account, and that extra line. We showed up at this tmobile store and waited for them to open on Saturday morning, we were the first ones through the door and Jen greeted us. I told her we have a complicated situation we wanted to finally fix, I told her everything that was wrong and needed done....she basically smiled and laughed and said that it was no problem and she would fix it all....and she did, very quickly. This was by far the best cell phone experience any of us have ever had, and now we never want her to go to anyone else. Jen is amazing at her job, and is an amazing person as well. We left there with a better account for my dad, with that extra line taken off, the correct lines moved onto the business account, 3 new phones, plus we got to take our old phones with us for 30 days just to make sure everything transferred correctly and we got absolutely everything we needed out of our old phones. So now I am going to have to pay to watch Walking Dead. I just paid to watch Breaking Bad as well. Replacing these channels with others that do not even come close to measuring up is unacceptable. I will not only NOT recommend Dish network to any of my friends or colleagues, but when we move I will NEVER return as a Dish customer.
