The rep was so unhinged!! He asked me if I had ever been to this store to which I replied the truth: No. and that is when things took a turn for the worse. He said "well is shows you were here on 12/24." I said nope I would have recalled that. Is the day before Christmas I was at work and rushed home to prep the food. He then said you are lying I cannot help you. It shows that you were seen in this store before" I called verizon and spoke to a manager who helped me over the phone to get the new phone line and the new phone for my husband. I was on the phone for like an hour and this guy just sat there and refused to help me. the worst part... I didn't get the phone my husband wanted and the rep on the phone did not add insurance and now his phone is broken and we have to pay out of pocket for a new phone. All because of a rude rep that made what should have been an easy transaction hellish. AVOID this store at all cost.
