I was able to check these things the same evening and share updates with Nathan via text. Once again, he responded promptly (after hours), and determined that repairing this refrigerant leak was going to be expensive. I credit Nathan with saving me a lot of money to repair an old refrigerator and, at the very least, money saved for a service visit which would've resulted in the same answer. Another time was given in the event that the technician was unable to make the timeframe I first chose. The technician then later called to ask if he could come early!!! YES! He came out, explained thoroughly what the code mean and what he felt the issue was and fixed it immediately. He also explained another issue the code could mean but thought that it was only the fan issue and not a coolant issue. So he fixed it quickly and ensured I knew to call him should the issue reappear. I was very pleased with the honesty and integrity of the men in this company. They chose to do their business in honesty, not overcharging for service not necessary. Because I am an older woman, many companies seem to try to take advantage and overcharge. NOT THIS COMPANY!!!
