Nathan also understood that I was reluctant to spend money for a service visit/repair that could exponentially exceed the value of this 20+ year old refrigerator. As a result, he provided me with several troubleshooting tips that I performed to help narrow down the root cause of the issue. I was able to check these things the same evening and share updates with Nathan via text. Once again, he responded promptly (after hours), and determined that repairing this refrigerant leak was going to be expensive. I credit Nathan with saving me a lot of money to repair an old refrigerator and, at the very least, money saved for a service visit which would've resulted in the same answer. In conclusion, Nathan was polite, professional, and a great communicator. He didn't charge me for his remote troubleshooting or the pro-tips. He also explained another issue the code could mean but thought that it was only the fan issue and not a coolant issue. They chose to do their business in honesty, not overcharging for service not necessary. Because I am an older woman, many companies seem to try to take advantage and overcharge. NOT THIS COMPANY!!! They had a wide variety of used appliances with a 30-day warranty. We chose one and they delivered. We had to take the door off of the hinges to get it in the backdoor. They were patient and helped to get it in. After two weeks, there was an odor in the refrigerator that was permeating the food. We did some research and found out that, if a refrigerator is allowed to set with spoiled food in it, the odor is absorbed in the interior walls and cannot be removed unless it is cleaned with bleach when the odor resurfaces. We did not care to have to do this. We contacted them and they honored the 30-day warranty. They took the refrigerator and refunded our money. We decided to splurge and purchase a new one to avoid any further issues with a used refrigerator. We appreciated their working with us.

Today there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms. I've started bringing in my own quarters to do the laundry. I guess now I have to bring in my own toilet paper. My suggestion that someone check the laundry mat on Sunday nights to make sure customers coming in on Monday have what they need like those who come in during the day time.
