We completed a sale over the phone and the salesperson made sure the over the range would definitely fit and was the right product. Once here, they were extremely efficient, friendly and so experienced in what they were doing, it was installed in a record amount of time. They were neat and left no mess behind. We can't say enough about this store and their installers. That level of service and care hasn't been seen by us for a very long time. We were very impressed with the entire transaction. I contacted Sneath Appliance Services about a service call for my failing refrigerator. Nathan…read morecontacted me quickly to understand the symptoms and to explain his service rates. Nathan also understood that I was reluctant to spend money for a service visit/repair that could exponentially exceed the value of this 20+ year old refrigerator. As a result, he provided me with several troubleshooting tips that I performed to help narrow down the root cause of the issue. I was able to check these things the same evening and share updates with Nathan via text. Once again, he responded promptly (after hours), and determined that repairing this refrigerant leak was going to be expensive. I credit Nathan with saving me a lot of money to repair an old refrigerator and, at the very least, money saved for a service visit which would've resulted in the same answer. In conclusion, Nathan was polite, professional, and a great communicator. He didn't charge me for his remote troubleshooting or the pro-tips. I highly recommend Nathan at Sneath for servicing all your appliances.

We will be using Miles Maytag for any future appliance purchases.

The technician answering the telephone was very pleasant. He gave me a choice of times. The initial time was later that same day I called! Another time was given in the event that the technician was unable to make the timeframe I first chose. The technician then later called to ask if he could come early!!! YES! He came out, explained thoroughly what the code mean and what he felt the issue was and fixed it immediately. He also explained another issue the code could mean but thought that it was only the fan issue and not a coolant issue. So he fixed it quickly and ensured I knew to call him should the issue reappear. I was very pleased with the honesty and integrity of the men in this company. They chose to do their business in honesty, not overcharging for service not necessary. Because I am an older woman, many companies seem to try to take advantage and overcharge. NOT THIS COMPANY!!! CALL THEM! I now have a fully functioning refrigerator that has been going strong. The whole cost was less than $100. The technician even gave me information on what to ask for at Home Depot/Lowes to fix the issue of re-hooking up the water line after the water line was moved during a downstairs complete remodel.

U.S. Appliance Services is the only appliance repair company I use in this area, and after two…read moreservice calls I don't plan to change that. The call that sold me came over Labor Day, when the freezer side of my refrigerator needed repair. I didn't have their contact information handy, so I started working through every local shop I could find online. Plenty of them advertise 24/7 service, nights, weekends, and holidays. Every one with a website had a closed-for-the-holiday notice or an out-of-office message up, and not one of them got back to me. U.S. Appliance Services did, and quickly. Over the holiday, it felt like they were the only repair company still in business. The only reason this isn't five stars is timing. They already had other jobs booked, so the repair itself happened a couple of days after the holiday. That was reasonable under the circumstances, but a same-day visit would have made this an easy five. When they came out, the visit was quick, efficient, and clean. There was no sales pitch, no push toward an upgraded repair, and no attempt to sell me anything I didn't need. Pricing is clear and transparent, and it's reasonable for this market. My first call with them, about a year ago, was for a dishwasher. It turned out they couldn't fix it, so they charged me what amounted to a service-call fee instead of billing me for a repair they didn't make. I ended up replacing the dishwasher, but that kind of honesty counts for a lot with me. One practical tip: text them. They'll answer messages through Yelp, but texts usually get a fairly quick reply. This area has no shortage of businesses that say they repair appliances. Far fewer seem to have the capacity to show up when you need them. U.S. Appliance Services does, and as long as I live here, they're my first call.

They had a wide variety of used appliances with a 30-day warranty. We chose one and they delivered. We had to take the door off of the hinges to get it in the backdoor. They were patient and helped to get it in. After two weeks, there was an odor in the refrigerator that was permeating the food. We did some research and found out that, if a refrigerator is allowed to set with spoiled food in it, the odor is absorbed in the interior walls and cannot be removed unless it is cleaned with bleach when the odor resurfaces. We did not care to have to do this. We contacted them and they honored the 30-day warranty. They took the refrigerator and refunded our money. We decided to splurge and purchase a new one to avoid any further issues with a used refrigerator. We appreciated their working with us.
