I spotted this small shop the week before asking the proprietor as I walked past whether he sells cell phone covers. He answered in the affirmative. I suffered another week with a less than stellar- that is, torn- cellphone cover before finally coming in. I almost didn't not come in because, in past, getting a cellphone cover usually was a hassle usually where I get told I have to buy a new phone to get a phone case/cover to fit. But this experience was a breeze. It started with being added to unlock my phone screen to verify what model it is. After that, I was walked over ti the shelving (like a built-in bookshelf) where covers that fit my model are. In under one minute I chose two (2) of them. There is no indication the covers I bought are Used. I think they are New merchandise and so glad they are still available in my model size. The proprietary is of small we ords, very professional and professionally dressed, and helpful. I paid by swiping at Checkout counter the way many people now pay for quick-service food. He made a point of thanking me before I left. He and this shop will be told of mind for whatever happens to my phone next.

It's only 1 because YELP forces you to add one but the owner/tech decided he didn't want to be an honest business man and really doesn't deserve it. iPhone screen needed to be repaired because it was cracked and started ghost typing. He "repaired" it in 30 min. No problem. $130. Owner/tech says if there's any problems, he'll order another one just in case, and he'll take care of it. Gives me receipt with 90 day warranty. Thanks. 3 weeks later, phone falls and cracks again but also screen pops out and off on 1 side. Can't be used. I read the warranty: If phone cracks, it voids the warranty. But the warranty also says this warranty is only valid at Florida City Walmart. This is Coconut Creek Walmart. Warranty was no good the moment he gave it to me. I go back to the store. Different tech is there... I explain the situation and she says the same thing about cracked screen voids warranty. I explain to her yes, but the screen shouldn't have popped out which means he didn't do a good job. She goes to text him and he calls back. He's willing to change it for $95. I say no and argue that its not fair that he did a bad job and he wouldn't recognize his mistake. A phone can fall and crack but the screen should not come off. They again brought up the warranty and I said I read the warranty. It's not valid. I described what it said and explained this isn't Florida City. So it's no good. But since he wasn't there in person, I wasn't going to stay there and put the tech that was there under all that negativity. It wasn't her fault. But just know if you go there, depending on who does the work, you may not get $130 worth of good work. Just pay $40 on Amazon and do it yourself. Don't come here.

A month after I saw they charged my bank account for a full month so I went and asked them why and they say sorry but we won't help you here. The worst service and manager don't care at all. Please avoid this place at all costs. Is been almost two months and they haven't refunded my money. Every time I call customer service they don't care to help. They want me to forget about the money they took from my bank account. What a nightmare.

I decided to move from a prepaid Verizon plan paying $30 a month, to upgrade my daughters phone and get myself a second line for work. I decided to not purchase online because I like the personal interaction and so I came into a store. Biggest mistake ever. I purchased an iPhone 15 at the promo rate of $5.99 a month and an iPhone 16 pro. I was told I could get the activation fee waived if I sign up for aarp so I took the agents suggestion. I also got the next up on my iPhone 16 pro. I walked out thinking everything was good. Two days later I got a preliminary bill that said I was getting charged the activation and the next up was placed on my iPhone 15. I called the store manager which told me I needed to call customer service. I called customer service and they said that there was nothing they could do since once it's placed on a line, it can't be moved. I called the store and spoke with Hany who was the agent that sold me the phones. Let her know that I wanted to cancel the whole thing because this was not what I signed up for being that I got charged the activation and the next up was unfixable. She assured me she could fix it. An hour or so later she calls me and convinces me not to cancel and that she fixed it. I got my first bill and guesssd what. The activation fee was still on there and the next up wasn't on my iPhone like she said she fixed. I called the store and spoke to the manager and he said that I needed to call customer service and speak to the loyalty dept because that was the only ones that could help me. I spoke to the loyalty department multiple times and found out that they could've just removed the next up from the other line and they could've added it to the right line. But that's not what was done. The way that it was fixed is that they switched the phones to the different lines which completely messed up my installment discounts I was getting. I also got a discount for using a debit card which was suppose to be $10 per line but for some reason she added it as a credit card and so I was getting discounted only $5 per line. After speaking to the loyalty department for almost a week, they told me the only ones that could fix the issue is the store because they have a back office line they could call into to handle escalated issues. I've been trying to get in contact with the store again and can't even get a manager on the line because they say they are busy and if I ask to be placed on hold, they end up disconnecting the call. And when I call back it just goes into a voicemail. Ridiculous way to run an art business. I've since reached out to corporate to report this store because apparently I am not the only one with an issue with them. Oh and my account is still not fixed. Now it's too late for me to cancel because if I do it now, I'll get charged for both phones full price.

    My credit card after I paid my second service in a week was stolen here. I noticed that the week before I first went they had me there all day 1-7pm with my 1 year old. They kept saying 30 min then 1 hour and so on. I paid back of phone and front phone to be fixed $250 then a week after my phone dropped and I had to come back and charged me $100 but this time the charge wasn't from cellphone fix (business name) the $100 was a different merchant ( Sq jyj solutions corp) the business owner colombian was the one to tap my card and I got home and I started seeing these charges then I called him I asked if he used it he said I tapped that he gave it back .. I had parked in front no way I could have dropped it from counter to my car .. it was a business man that was charging these charges .... At first he was nice family man but now I will never come back here .. taking advantage and greed .. Minutes after paying, my credit card company contacted me about multiple attempts of fraudulent transactions. I also noticed that the name of the business that showed up on my credit card statement the second time was different from the first time, which was suspicious. Shortly after, I saw about $600 in charges that I did not authorize. Given this experience, I strongly suspect they were behind it. This is very concerning especially as a single parent with responsibilities, I can't afford to deal with schemes like this. I would NOT recommend this place at all. The person who inspected the iPad quoted a lower price than the owner who was not there, but took all the calls remotely. However, that was the least of my problems. Upon returning to the store to pick up the repaired iPad I noticed that the screen was damaged horribly. He was praying that I wouldn't notice. See all the "white dots". That's from under the panel. Damage that their technician did to a perfectly fine iPad. He had the audacity to say to me in his heavy Ukranian accent that it would "clear up" after a couple of hours, like i was an idiot. Incredible! He called the owner, the one who lied and said I needed a new battery as a way to squeeze more money out of me after his technician quoted a lower price, said the exact same nonsensical statement: "That it would clear up in a few hours". What a bunch a low-lives, low frequency individuals. Greedy, incompetent and deceitful. They wound up replacing my screen with a cheaper version that began failing a month later. It currently has dead pixels across the entirety of the screen but you couldn't pay me to return to this DEN OF THIEVES. ZERO STARS and they should be investigated and deported for criminality. The WORST!!!
