Worst experience I have ever had at a phone store. Location State Rd. 7, Coconut Creek Plaza. I was 100% lied to about how much the bill would be. I tried calling customer service and got the typical answer of "well im sorry they gave you the wrong information (the person in the store). However, this is the correct information". I called back later with further questions and was oddly enough told the same thing about the person I had spoken to on the phone. They had the nerve to send me a survey. At the end of the survey, it says "do you want a call back"....guess who doesnt call people back...that wonderful customer service desk (**cough cough**) from T-Mobile. I would not recommend this company or this location in particular to anyone. Horrible, horrible place to have to deal with. read more

I love the staff here at TMOBILE. Knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Had to trade in my old phone after downloading all the information on it. I had previously purchased the otter phone cover and a screen protector. Finally got the transfer completed and had the team help with placing the screen protector on today. The store is modern, clean and was in and out in no time. They deserve a five star rating from me! Thanks TMOBILE for the great staff! read more

12/20/2017 - On Sundays this store opens at noon. I waited by the door and was greeted by Jonathan. I explained to him that my phone's camera was taking fuzzy pictures and that it was making a noise when using certain apps. He explained my options. First, he checked my warranty, which was still good and it would only cost me $5.30 to replace the phone with a refurbished phone. The second option was to upgrade to a phone since I have the JUMP feature (Upgrade to virtually any device at T-Mobile--once you've paid off 50% of your current device. Phone has to be in good condition). With that option, they would pay the remainder balance and I would purchase a new phone. He answered my questions and showed me the newer LG and Samsung models. I chose to replace the phone based on my warranty. Jonathan put the order in and told me it would be ready for pick up on Tuesday. I received emails and text messages regarding the order. On Tuesday, I received an email and text letting me know that my phone was ready to be picked up at the store. 12/13/2017 - This morning I walked in and was greeted by Salem. I told him I was there to pick up my phone. He helped me through everything. The process was very smooth. I paid the $5.30 and walked out with my newer phone. Overall, I saw the staff interact with customers on both days and they were all very friendly and courteous. There are plenty of staff members so the customer does not wait too long. The store is very clean and nicely stocked. This is my new neighborhood T-Mobile. read more

People will be helpful but so often it happens when you walk in and they tell you one thing. Walk in any day after that they will tell you something different. I have receipt where nothing was charged and now T-Mobile wants to charge me for that service when it was a 14 day trial. I walked in to see if they can make that call and they told me to make it myself when the day before they told me the exact opposite. read more

I sat there for 40 minutes after 7pm with the store closing at 8pm no employees seemed to care about customer service. Someone came over to me with a tablet asked my name and that was it, while one employee talked about playstation 5 video games. I miss Sprint they at least cared about business. Thanks a lot T mobile I left without upgrading my phone. This store and it's employees are a joke. read more

This is use to be a great store but recently I have nothing but horrible customer service. Marcelo and the very Store Manager they had today are AWFUL. They lost my phone when I did a trade in and then blamed me for it. I asked them to check the cameras and they couldn't bother. Luckily I had a Tmobile Customer Service Rep (Danielle) on the line who heard the bad service as well as the incompetence I was experiencing. I love T-Mobile but these people are giving them such a bad bad name. read more
