They were not helpful and pretty much told me to contact customer service. Manager cared less to even say one word to me. A month after I saw they charged my bank account for a full month so I went and asked them why and they say sorry but we won't help you here. The worst service and manager don't care at all. Please avoid this place at all costs. Is been almost two months and they haven't refunded my money. Every time I call customer service they don't care to help. They want me to forget about the money they took from my bank account. What a nightmare.

I asked for an OLED screen because that is what's compatible with the 16 pro and he said no problem come back in 15-20 mins. I went to pick up my phone and after receiving it I noticed the screen was a bit raised and mentioned it to the tec and he said it was supposed to be like that because of the screen he put on it. he had shut the phone off to do the repair so I powered it up on my way back to my car and before I even got in there were white and green streaks going across my phone. I immediately turned around and went back in to confront the tec and the store was closed up with a sign that said "we will be back in 30 mins". After waiting over an hour for this dude to come back he tried to tell me I dropped the phone and this could only happy if there was impact. I promised him I hadn't dropped my phone and didn't even leave the stores premises before it was fucked up again. He tried to charge me an additional $200 to do the replacement again and after I told him that was bs he did it for free. 15 mins later he is done and hands me the phone back and the screen is still raised again. I asked if he put the OLED screen in like I requested and he said that they had run out of them So he just used the LCD screen they had in stock. So now I have the LCD screen on my phone and it is having all types of problems with the touch screen and display (typing random things and the brightness is going from 0-100 and 100-0 constantly, the phone is also overheating whenever I use it. I will never be going back to this place. He didn't tell me they were out of OLED screens until after he was done THE 2ND TIME. If he had told me they had no OLED screens I would have went elsewhere.

Microsoft iinstalls this as a default to Lock you out ‼ scary ‼ you better have your Microsoft password so the GeekSquad can help you too‼ They disabled bitlocker for me ... got me back into my computer so I'm ready to go back to work now.
