This company is awesome. We had issues transferring data and software from a really old laptop to a new desktop for our small business. Old emails weren't loading in, we wanted to transfer a really old version of Quickbooks, things were bogging down, files needed to be transferred, and the wireless printer wasn't fully functioning with the new computer. I called him on a Friday and we had an appointment the next business day. Jeremy did a quick overview of the new computer, then addressed each issue we'd lined up - I even threw in a couple of questions about my personal computer that he answered/resolved. He really knows his stuff and his focus is on leaving a satisfied customer. (He emailed only hours after he left to ensure that things were still working smoothly.) It's nice to finally have an competent IT guy on speed-dial. read more

Let me start by saying that Jeremy Poisson is the best at what he does. If you need anything I mean anything that has to do with computers this is your guy right here. This company is amazing. had a wonderful experience using Summit Group. we had very strange situation where some of our laptops couldn't connect to internet (of course no help from Comcast )so i decided to go on Yelp, i was very worried since the first time that i used IT support company for a different issue i was charged $500 for a technician that couldn't even resolve the problem! thank god i found Summit Group this time , Jeremy the owner made changes to his scheduled just for us and was here 30 minutes after i called. he fix the problem after another 30 minutes. he was pleasant, prepositional and very knowable and believe it or not ..he didn't charge us ! no doubt in my mind we will be using Jeremy and his company many time in the future. if you looking for a good, fast and honest IT service , call them now ! thank you so much Jeremy , you saved us . read more

I am so glad that I called Summit after reading the 5 Star reviews...they were all spot on! When I called I had to leave a message (I hoped I would get a return call) and Jeremy personally called within minutes. Not only was he quickly attentive to returning my cal, but he was able to be at my location within an hour. I have had a lot of experiences with Tech Support on site, and a lot of experiences of the person spending hours to "diagnose" the issue and proceed to tell me what I already knew, and charge me a ridiculous fee. I was so impressed with Jeremy being able to listen to the issue and quickly address it at little to no cost to me! She is positive, wonderful, attentive and truly goes above and beyond to place you. I was out interviewing within a week of our meeting and landed a temp-to perm position shortly thereafter. Wages are within the range I specified and my particular employer is a stable, long established company. They are great to work with! I am still within the temp-to-hire period but expect to have a permanent offer extended to me soon. There is no fee to the applicant to use AppleOne. Even if you are out "pounding the pavement" and applying for jobs directly, keep in mind that some employers just don't advertise all of their open positions. There are also some that have agencies handle all prospective employee screenings. It's worth a shot and truly helps to have someone else marketing your job experience, skills and talent. I cant express how grateful I am to find such an exciting and knowledgeable team. My husband started a small business this year and Jimmy contacted us right away to start our yearly planning so we wouldn't run into any surprises for next year's taxes. I overheard them scheduling Zoom meetings, which makes me so happy they are adjusting to each clients situation. They had hand sanitizer and Lysol in the front desk area. I witnessed them spraying Lysol after I got up and wiping down the countertops with Clorox wipes. The office was very modern and gorgeous. The front waiting area was clean and presentable. I've been in the technology industry since the 1970's when I started Ultimate Computer Corp. We specialized in systems that used the Pick operating system based on the Honeywell Level-6. There were two implementations of the Pick operating system on the Level-6. One used the Writable Control Store to translate Reality virtual machine instructions into Level-6 instructions. The second used a dedicated 7X bit-slice processor board to run the Pick instructions and used the Level-6 processor for I/O. I mention this, because as someone who has been in the industry for nearly 50 years, it's not easy to be impressed - and I was - VERY impressed. I called Summit regarding a non-urgent issue for one of my businesses (I own a few throughout south Florida) and, as others have stated, they responded immediately. We setup an appointment - they arrived on time and ready to go. We discussed the issue and made plans to fix. But, what was so impressive? It was that they assessed my ENTIRE infrastructure as well within 2 hour visit - everything - edge security, single points of failure, antiquated hardware, printers, backups, critical areas and, although I wasn't aware, even assessed all of my websites before arrival. What ended up being a minor implementation turned into a conversation I should have had long ago. I hired them to build and deploy desktops, new security, and revamp our backups. Within 2 weeks, I had redundancy for all critical workstations and data (both onsite and offsite). They replaced all mechanical hard drives with solid state drives in a mirrored raid array, automated backups to on-site storage (also in redundant arrays) and the cloud (One Drive), made everything blazing fast, integrated new edge security, and even fixed my security cameras. I'm forgetting about a dozen other 'throw ins' they did at no cost; Phenomenal service. I now have Summit's monthly managed IT services for all of my businesses, and I couldn't be happier. read more
