    Everything about this company is bad. Product bad, service bad, customer relations bad. Do yourself…read morea favor and sign on with any other wireless cellular company, but stay away from AT&T. I keep getting billed even though my account was zeroed out almost 4 months ago. I've been into their store twice to rectify this issue, I have made countless call most of the time I talk to no one. They gave me two numbers to call for billing, one was 611, when the phone answered, it was T-Mobile! When I asked, " when did you merge with AT&T?", they said that they had no idea that they did. And promptly told me they can only speak to T-Mobile products and T-Mobile billing. So I tried the next number. 1-800-301-0050 which was supposedly the direct line to AT&T billing department, when the phone was answered this time it was "Liberty Wireless", they had no explanation why AT&T would give me a number that was to a different wireless company and they didn't have any AT&T phone numbers that would get me in touch with AT&T. I have not been signed up with AT&T for almost 4 months and that is how long I've been dealing with them erroneously sending bills to me, which at this point equates to harassment.

    This sounds like the exact same problem as the AT&T store in Oak Harbor. I was told repeatedly we did not need to return our old phones. Every time I received something via email from TMobile about returning the phones, I returned to the store to verify I didn't really need to send them back. After our bill went to $251 because our promotion was denied and on the 4th trip to the store, they said bring the phones back. Luckily, we still had them due to no trust in what the store said. On the 5th trip to return the phones, they said they were unable to enter the numbers, tossed us a couple boxes and said to call Customer Care for a return label. BTW - Customer Care was fabulous. Find another TMobile store as this one is awful to deal with. Wish I could have zero or negative stars!

Upon telling him my request he immediately told me they cannot help me and I must call T mobile for help. I asked if there was any way he can call and assist me and he firmly said no and was not willing to help. I said thanks and went on my way. I called T mobile the next day and they told they cannot help me on the phone and that associate should have inquired further to my needs and helped me. Well, I live 30 min from the T mobile office so this is a big inconvenience for me. I don't want to deal with that rude associate again so I will now have to drive further to another store for assistance. I am so very disappointed in this store. That associate needs to either find a job where he is happy or be a little more willing to help people out. Boo T mobile.

    I went in there between 4:00 PM & 5:00 PM on 3/30/26. When I first walked in, there was a guy…read morewalking out who was visibly upset, then he said something loudly to the manager before he left. I just went in there to simply buy a pair of airPods Pro 3. There's no such thing as simply purchasing something in this store. You have to wait for the customers being helped to sign contracts, give personal information, etc... That was a little annoying. After a few minutes of standing there waiting with another customer, the manager said directly, "I'm going to have you guys sit over there while I work with this client." He didn't ask politely if we could please sit over there and wait until someone was available. He TOLD us he was going to "have us sit down". I promptly walked out. He won't be "having me" do anything. He especially won't be having my business. Someone should "have him" choose his words more carefully. How does someone who talks like that to customers get into management? Is the workforce really that bad? I found the EarPods for sale on Amazon. Glad he was a jerk, he saved me some money.

    I would not use this company if someone paid me. It's a pretty long story and right now I'm so…read moremad, I couldn't do it justice. I bought service for 2 phones an iPad and internet. I never received the phone because it was lost in shipping. When the purchase was made, they gave me 3 SIM cards and told me to come in when the new phone came in with the iPad and both phones and they'd download everything and get it going for me. Since I never received the phone, I never was able to use any of their equipment or anything of theirs and they still charged me almost $300. This is just wrong.

    Best Buy - Burlington - 3rd time in the last year, BB shipped a different item than I ordered. They get it right about 40% of the time.

    I wandered into the store as part of my shopping around the area that day to purchase an SD card…read morewhich I saw for sale online and available at this location. The greeter greeted me, I headed down the right isle looking them over searching for the memory card display. No luck. I was willing to ask someone where they were, but I only saw two associates busy at the cell phone desks and one back in movies stocking shelves. Well, stocking them until I started getting closer, then she headed off somewhere. I remembered where the flash drives were and headed over there. Several flash drives, but no SD cards. Back around the store again. (Good thing I was not in a hurry, I'd probably have just left at this point.) As I got near the video games, a thought occurred to me: they are used mostly in cameras although they are used a lot in tablets, too (I had checked the table area the first time around). I headed to the cameras. Going toward the front of the store, I turned right into the (small) camera isle. Hanging up were 3 or 4 memory cards and more than 4 empty pegs and none of the ones that were on sale at BestBuy.com. Hmmm... not good. I started heading toward the door. As I rounded the end of the isle... there they were! On an end cap. And most of the pegs were filled including the one I had come for. Mission accomplished. (Yes, it always feels like I am on a mission whenever I want to get, or look at, anything at Best Buy.) No one at the check out, but a Customer Service associate called out that he could check me out. Time to do the big shopping.

Got home and it was obviously way to large(never opened package) returned when i got back into town 20 days later .. while purchasing a LG monitor (screws missing) I tried to return the SD card. Manager said NO.. and said there was no way of collaborating my story (she asked know one.) I wont said she was rude but i will say she was not friendly at all. In fact just walked away leaving counter person just to look stupid. So done with this Burlington Wa branch.
