the employees including managers are bad for the business of Verison Wireles. they intentionally mess up your phone orders, say you have to pay for them to hold on to your order. they try to make you pay interest on top of the order price instead of paying in full. its like they don't understand how businesses operate and how to perform customer service. bussin use to get secret shoppers for auditing business experience and customer service. purposely frustrating customer to get them angry to so they can attempt to trespass customers is beyond disrespect to the business and tarnishing to the companies reputation of customer service. If they where real sales representative they would not play disrespect games with loyal customers which you see annually because of the phone manufacturers not the carriers plan. most customers don't even know that have changed and improved at the same price until they purchase a new phone products. Version could literally replace their sales reps with kiosk's to improve services and trustworthy employees so that money theft / conning customers out of money for non business approved procedures. read more

Not impressed. Placed an order for a Gizmo watch at 8:33 AM. It said it will be ready in 2-4 hours. I called the store 5 times to check the status of the order because it wasn't showing fulfilled. Nobody answered. I Arrived after 4 to pick up the order, and they said they couldn't find it anywhere and offered a different model. I asked why they didn't call to let me know they couldn't fulfill my order. She said she didn't have my phone number or email address... both of which I provided when placing the order. I asked to see it and they said they didn't have one on display. Also needed to be "checked in" because there were multiple people waiting. I ended up cancelling the order and will go a different route. Verizon should make sure they have the product you want before running a credit inquiry. We've been a customer for 19 years but seems like Verizon isn't the way to go anymore. read more

They are not a corporate store and Verizon cannot help you with any problems from this store. I went in on 3/27/26 and bought a phone and accessories. Used my debit card to pay. I asked for a receipt and was told it would be in My Verizon. That's where everything usually is, so I said okay. It's a month later and still no receipt. I thought I paid the remaining balance on new phone with the transaction. I have no proof as I have no receipt. I have been on the phone multiple times with Verizon and no solution. They can't help as this is not a corporate store. They cannot give me a phone number to call this store. How is a person supposed to know this? It says Verizon on the building. Most annoying employees I've ever encountered, every time I go in. They're trying way too hard to make bonus points on their sales and are much too pushy. They seem desperate to make you buy every possible add-on and rush you through your payment options like they're trying to confuse you so that you don't know what's happening. I have never liked Verizon that much anyway. They are more expensive but their customer service is not better. We stay with them for that little bit better coverage, for business. This store is the only corporate store in Skagit County. All the other stores provide limited services. I certainly wish they get better/organized management and more friendly or at least decent customer service. The main issue with them is the same as a lot of businesses in this area: people of small towns tend to have closer relationships with each other but in the meantime suffer from all symptoms of a closed society. To break it, they need to treat everything and everybody as for business only. Absolutely never get too personal or emotionally involved with a customer, while customers can act however they want. My husband and I debated about money spending in front of this female rep who helped him get some accessories. She sided with him and even later one time when I was there again for myself, she actually mentioned it again, trying to tell me I was wrong. I couldn't believe it!!! read more

The one in Burlington is cool they actually help you. But the one in mount Vernon. Since it's new you'd expect them to be on top of their game but really everyone who works there doesn't care about you. They make promises they can't keep. I preordered an iphone7 and not once have they gave me a phone call or email that it came in. Or when I showed up to pay the bill they said that they had sold it to someone else. Like what kind of BS is that? Also when you walk in and it's busy no one welcomes you, you feel awkward just standing waiting. Unlike Burlington, they ask what you need and let you know it will only be a few minutes. Just go to Burlington, it's better customer service. read more

This Verizon store was cool. The sales associates were really friendly and had great patience. I say that because they allowed my nephew to play in their large store. If anything, one of the employees actually began to play with him. As for helpful with their products, they were. They showed great knowledge in the products and the packages available for different customers. They didn't attempt to sell something useless just to make a sell. That's usually a difficult thing to find in phone companies and their employees. read more

REVISED: This was not the Verizon store as the Owner of the store(he said he was the owner) e-mailed me and pointed this out...he said he would check into this, and I have heard nothing else from him...kinda like OJ. The next day...Sunday...a "truck tech" phoned asking if he could come by and hook us up! I asked where he was yesterday and he told me he was not working! So far nothing from any customer service department...but the tech was super nice and did come over the same day! Frontier-Verizon-So far this has been a horrible experience! I signed up for internet in my sons new duplex in Burlington(he is military)...bad experience in itself,,,,had to wait 10 days - someone called me and asked if I would take a date three days earlier...Saturday-between 9 and 5-sure I said YES!!! and asked that she text me her message since I was driving. Saturday no show....my son sat there all day...I phoned at 2 and the guy, Bob said we told the service advisor we would wait till 5pm(01700 he said). Five-thirty comes around...still no show, I call customer service back...half-hour phone wait...he cannot find a record of us.....and he tells me its after 5pm and no one will come now!!!!! I would give them a zero, but they will not let me. No one ever called and said they were not coming. read more

My parents, 2 sisters & I have been with Verizon for almost 20 years! We absolutely love the service at this store. We've been remembered by the staff here over the years & absolutely love how helpful they are. Sometimes there's been confusion or misunderstanding on both sides but when we explain our issue they are always apologetic and helpful. I've gone to other stores and been treated badly or over the phone. When I come to this store they jump at helping. There is one man who has been condescending, but if I ask to work with someone else the manager always steps in, or allows me to work with someone else. I absolutely love knowing I can come in & have great customer service at this store & they even play with my kiddos & and have been so helpful & invite me to follow up, when I can't seem to figure out an issue. I would like to point out that Consuelo is an angel & she is always going above & beyond for my dad & I. She understands my needs for my children & asks how my mother likes products I've bought for her. Five stars all around for this location! read more

My experience with this store makes me believe the Verizon company as a whole is filled with bullies, from top to bottom. My mother, a crosscountry truck driver, bought a Jetpack WiFi device in North Carolina, and when she found out that she was sold something that doesn't actually do what she said she needed, she tried to return it. They told her she had to return it to the same store, which she couldn't do from Washington. She asked for a return label to ship it back, and they refused. One woman told her she would give authorization to return it to a corporate store, and provided an email as "proof". So here is where this store comes in. We arrive here and are greeted by Ren, who was very helpful and willing to listen to my mom's struggle, and negotiate our options. When he was told about the email, he called the woman and was cussed out. She told him to never call her again, and thus we could not return the device. Ren did try to return it, but the computers would not allow him. So, he offers to let mom switch our numbers over to Verizon. He tested her phone with a Verizon sim, it wouldn't work. He tested my phone, it worked fine and accepted the sim. Ren told us we could pre-order the S8 for me, and give mom my current phone when it comes in. We decided to think on it overnight, and the next morning went in to finalize the transaction. We walk in, and it's Ren's day off, so we get a man named Carlos. Carlos needs to be fired from his job. The entire time Mom was explaining what we went over with Ren, he was snickering at her and smirking like he thought she was a lunatic. He began condescendingly doubting her claims about the device, saying it was her fault the jetpack wifi wasn't working, not the jetpack itself. We test her wifi calling on the store's wifi and it works fine, so now we know it isn't her phone. He then says "Alright, fine, but you'll have to buy two new phones. Your S8, and something we can transfer the jetpack's number to, because we can't close that." We say "fine", and suddenly he starts demanding 40% of each phone's total cost, right then and there. The S8 alone is $725, leaving the 40% deposit equal to that of a whole extra phone. That wasn't happening. It wasn't possible to happen, we don't have that kind of cash. So mom spends 2 and a half hours on the phone with a Verizon woman, who agrees to help and she's pulling strings for us, and not only is Carlos refusing to work with us or this woman, but suddenly this woman says she has no idea what we're talking about, and gives mom the same offer that they've been trying to reduce!!! We go back in and say "Let's get this over with", and he ports our numbers over to Verizon. He then sticks Verizon sim cards into our phones and... OOPS! My phone is incompatible!! So after all this, after two days of trying to solve Verizon's screw up of selling something that didn't suit the customer's needs, Carlos of Verizon disabled both of our phones, and closed my mom's perfect-record 29 year old T-Mobile account. And after, he said with a chuckle, "This wouldn't have been such a hassle if you had listen to me in the first place, but YOU had to go and spend 2 hours on the phone." I gave him a nasty glare, and followed my sobbing mother out of the store. I was SO tempted to cuss him out, but he's damn lucky I was raised to be respectful. We will NEVER do business with Verizon again, and I will never recommend them to anyone. read more

I am a loyal Verizon customer. Wife and I went to look to upgrade her Iphone at this store. The person that was supposed to be helping us with this wouldn't talk to us about the phone we were interested in, but instead was trying to sell us on an Ipad or applewatch and more Icloud storage, which we told him several times we don't even use it. I got tired of his upsale crap and took my family out of there. I will never go to that store again. read more

Some employees are extremely dishonest! I asked for a business plan...a sales person at the Bellingham store didn't do it correctly but when I went to buy a phone in Burlington Chris Davis was totally dishonest in his representation and sold a phone under a plan that wasn't allowed for businesses (and he knew it!!) and now I have to pay $644 for an Iphone to get my plan correctly set up when it should've cost me $200. No one at Verizon will help. Evidently they don't have any policies to help customers if their employees are dishonest. YOu can tell it is allowed in their corporate culture because they like the hard sell. I can tell you, two years from now, my business account will be moving OUT. Verizon policy sucks. My wife cold-called this Verizon store looking for information and pricing on cell phone plans. Instead of having every gadget under the sun thrown down our throats (like a couple other places locally), a wonderfully helpful sales associate guided my wife through a litany of affordable options on the phone. My wife was impressed enough with her professionalism to ask for her name and told her how appreciative she was for all the information. This place is busy. For this young lady to take the time to service a potential client on the phone spoke volumes to us. I called on Stella yesterday and she set aside a time where I could come in specifically to meet with her. When I came in, there were people milling about the store, in fact, their were eight folks ahead of me waiting on one thing or another. But true to her word, Stella met with me after waiting just a couple minutes and gave me her undivided attention. However, when I was ready to move on with the purchase, my lack of carrying a social security card prevented me from taking the next step. But Stella patiently wrote all of the information that I would need, and the items we had talked about getting, on the back of her card. Today, I called her up, checked her schedule, faxed over a copy of my SSAN card, driver's license, and military pay-stub, and met with her ten minutes later. She had everything ready to go, including the faxed versions of the items I had sent over minutes earlier. She shredded them. Stella made this transaction way easier and less taxing than it apparently can be. Her exceptional service is why I am writing this. I see a couple of one star ratings for this store on here, but trust me, Stella is far from representative of that. Give her a call direct at the store (360.707.1072) and find out for yourself. Worst Verizon store in the Valley. As a huge Seahawks fan myself. If the game is on in your store, your customers should still come first. There were 3 employees with their faces glued to the TV watching the game while customers were patiently waiting for help. If you have time to lean you have time to clean. If your not going to help your customers then you need to b cleaning doing something to look better. This store has lost a family of 5 due to this neglect shown today. Horrible service. After talking with Verizon Wireless representative on the phone I sent a family member to add a 'loner' phone to our plan while her phone was sent in on warranty from this store. The sales person who 'helped' had a very poor attitude. First, he would not follow through with adding the loner phone. Second, he was uncooperative in escalating the situation to his manager as I had asked. He refused several times until I became 'persistent' enough to get his attention. This salespersons responses left me feeling like I was an unimportant customer, completely indifferent and uncaring. After the manager and I had chatted and come to an agreement, the sales man could not efficiently follow through with his job to transfer phone number and contacts to the 'loner' phone. The result, was-- incompetence, poor service, and a bunch of time wasted for a task that should have taken 10 minutes or less. (Being a 10+ year customer, it isn't like we haven't had to do this once or twice before at other stores!) I will not go back there EVER!!! read more
