I have until now overlooked the increasing random fees and surcharges and their suggestions to call back repeatedly to try to negotiate a better price. What I cannot overlook is the horrible internet speeds we get. I call and complain to an Rcn representative almost on a daily basis. Every time I call and I run a speed test all of the sudden I'm getting crazy high speed internet. Then a few hours later I'm lucky if I get 5mbps connection. Attached are some examples. I have much more documentation of this phenomenon where one wonders if they're running a "rob Peter to pay Paul" scheme and don't actually have infrastructure to support all their customers. I am so frustrated and unless performance magically improves I will be actively looking to switch to another provider. If anyone has suggestions please message me.

I went into the store to get an Otter case to protect my mini Fablet. Even with the insurance (which does have a deductible) I need a heavy duty drop it all the time case. My name got added to the wait list which sounds strange but works. The salesman gave me a flyer on the warranty insurance should I need to call then showed me a variety of cases and rang me up with his tablet. In and out. We have switched all of our phones over now. Three we got from the store and one from Amazon. Either way it all worked out well. On a separate note check with your employer and see if there are any added discounts. Doesn't hurt to check cuz who doesn't want to save some $.

Needless to say, my wi-fi was problematic, and Best Buy tried and tried to fix things to no avail. I was told to seek an I.T. company, I did my search, and Rod sold me over the phone on MVWFP. Jawaan and Jacob came to the house and hard wired most of my TV's using the coaxial cable that already existed. They also established various ports throughout the house so that the wireless wi-fi would work well everywhere. There was a slight problem that was fixed right away with a second (free) visit to the house. Several months after installation, the system is running perfectly. Rod and Jawaan are as good as it gets! Make the call to MVWFP, and your stress will disappear, at least with regard to wi-fi in your big old house!

All installed by me originally over the years, including hardwired gigabit Ethernet plus WiFi. Dead zones everywhere in the house and hardwired connections that weren't working. Rod responded quickly to my booking appointment on his website, and came in on the agreed date. As I knew, it was a mess. Took two days to straighten it all out including producing "heat maps" to show signal strength throughout every room in the house. it is actually quite difficult to find anyone who specializes in networking and WiFi. Most are electricians who do this as a side business and really don't have proper network training. As I determined, Rod has 20 years of corporate networking experience and clearly knows what he is doing. And frankly, my own lengthy experience in the computer industry allowed me to make that judgment pretty confidently after two days of many technical discussions. He knows what he's doing. I'm happy to make a referral to MVWFP to anyone who needs to sort out their WiFi and network challenges, residential or commercial. Very pleased. As is my wife who is not yelling at me any longer. About this, anyway!

I would not be charged. I returned the modem and never thought anything of it. Until I find a collection account on my credit for 109$! I couldn't even figure out what it was. I called them and was told, oops that charge is wrong because you did return the modem.. but couldn't be told what the new charge would be. From my experience, I would caution and make sure to not give your social to this hole in the wall company. Not the easiest to use. My company recently got a new Website Host and Optimizer so we moved our mail over to an IMAP account. I immediatly started getting Junkmail right away. I never knew the Meganet filtered the Junk Mail and just never sent it to you. Mind you I never once had an issue with a person calling me wondering if I got their email. So even though Meganet deleted the Spam it was always done right. I might have got 2-3 junk mails a week. Now I 20 per a day. Although I am not with Meganet anymore I felt that I should write a review. Great job filtering my email for the past 7-8 years. Now I realized you saved me a bunch of time.
