My name got added to the wait list which sounds strange but works. The salesman gave me a flyer on the warranty insurance should I need to call then showed me a variety of cases and rang me up with his tablet. In and out. We have switched all of our phones over now. Three we got from the store and one from Amazon. Either way it all worked out well. On a separate note check with your employer and see if there are any added discounts. Doesn't hurt to check cuz who doesn't want to save some $.

I have been a loyal (and patient) RCN customer for 13+ years for cable and internet. My bill is…read morewell over $200/month for basic cable and 300mbs internet which is completely ridiculous. I have until now overlooked the increasing random fees and surcharges and their suggestions to call back repeatedly to try to negotiate a better price. What I cannot overlook is the horrible internet speeds we get. I call and complain to an Rcn representative almost on a daily basis. Every time I call and I run a speed test all of the sudden I'm getting crazy high speed internet. Then a few hours later I'm lucky if I get 5mbps connection. Attached are some examples. I have much more documentation of this phenomenon where one wonders if they're running a "rob Peter to pay Paul" scheme and don't actually have infrastructure to support all their customers. Zagg has been great at protecting my devices as well as honoring their warranty. Today, after Apple refused to replace the cracked screen on my 10 y/o's iPhone 6+, I stopped by the Zagg kiosk to have the cracked glass shields on my 11 y/o's iPhone 6s+ and my 7+ replaced. I noticed a sign that said they also replaced cracked screens so I asked about the service. The technician explained that if he replaced the screen Apple would not look at the phone. I indicated that was fine since they refused to replace the screen anyways. He said it would take about 20 minutes. We returned after 30 minutes to a fixed screen and a very excited and happy 10 y/o.
