However, when I returned today with my iPhone 12 Pro, I was shocked to learn it had a trade-in value of $0. This was incredibly disappointing, especially since I had been assured of the $210 value during my earlier visit. Had I known about this discrepancy, I wouldn't have gone ahead with the iPhone 16e purchase. I believe it's crucial for customers to receive accurate information rather than misleading figures to drive sales. I'm really frustrated by this situation and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. How wrong is when I don't even have a car and nothing was ever set up right from the start. It was only a bunch of hell right from the start. I had too many problems with you people unsatisfied 100% who are the real experts when it cost to be an expert 100% nobody nobody really has the answers.

    This is the first time I ever went to an AT&T store, I have been a T-mobile customer for years, but…read moreI had multiple bad experiences with their service and their store (went there just before I came here!) and was ready for change. My family and I went into the store and were immediately greeted with a handshake from the manager, Chris, good guy. We had very specific questions and I'm a demanding customer and the representative, Manny, who assisted my family was able to answer all of our questions in detail and was patient and courteous. We weren't ready to make the jump yet so we left to think about it. We were back in the store two hours later, we took them up on one of their awesome family plan deals they just announced. My parents both got their first starter phones, I chose to buy mine online for less from Ebay and am waiting to receive it, but so far AT&T service has been reliable on my T-mobile LG G2. Anyways, the representative, also named Chris, that helped us the second time was knowledgeable, friendly and Insanely patient with my mother and I. I couldn't thank them enough for their professionalism and patience. We are happy with our new phones and plan and are looking forward to the service. I want to point out that I was able to remember the employees names in the store because my experience was so positive at this location.

    Recently upgraded my wife's phone and Dan at the store was very helpful. We had the phone…read moredelivered and set up but later found out the billing was incorrect. I went back to review what was supposed to be done with Dan and he said he would take care of it. Next month billing still incorrect. We exchanged emails and I was again assured it would be fixed. Now several months later it is still wrong, when I email Dan I get no responses and now we can not get the insurance on the phone we were supposed to have and are still be billed incorrectly. I will not go to this location ever again and will look to change providers.
