Today we went here for lunch and it was such a​ disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted with dirty tables in a half-empty restaurant, which was the first sign of neglect. After what felt like an eternity, we were finally seated, only to be handed menus devoid of prices. Despite waiting for the waitress to come by and clarify, she never did. Frustrated, we had to get up and ask for the prices ourselves, only to find out they couldn't provide them. This lack of basic service and transparency was unacceptable and we left. First off, there's no seating system that's working well.. my name was placed on a list and after 40 minutes they lost my name. The music was so loud that you can't hold a conversation The menu was incomplete with the qr code. Some of the items lacked pictures and a description. This was the first time and the last told the waitress about a couple of the basically ruined order she did nothing. Apparently adequate management is a rarity within these restaurants considering they GAVE AWAY ALL OF THE TABLES WITHIN THE RESTAURANT TO WALK INS, and turned us away when we showed up for our reservation. Love it here. My fiancé and I came to celebrate our 11th year anniversary. As for drinks We had a shot of gold clase azul, we tired isla mujeres, la perdida, old fashion with macallan 18, and Walter white all drinks were perfect. For food, we had the dodgers roll, New York aguachile roll, the drizzle roll and of course the spicy edamame , everything was delicious. We've been going to the sylmar location for years have lived in palmdale for 12 years now and I'm so happy that there is now a restaurant here close to home. We're so very happy for the growth. Our waitress Dulce was simply the best, very nice and friendly. Our visit was simply great. We're definitely coming back. & Jorge the real John Taffer lol made my fiancé a drink and it was perfect! Ambiance is great it looks like a great place to get a drink. I had a take out order everyone was very friendly however the chicken in the teriyaki bowl was off texture wise and I ordered 2 of the specialty rolls which were very acidic. I would suggest getting the more simpler sushi as the hand roll with crab was the only think that I really liked. read more

Let me start by saying food was good. We love Xevichez. We have been to all four locations and by far the one in Santa Clarita is the best. They have only been open for 2 weeks so there is a lot of time for improvements. Have a few complaints though. The main complaint was the music was way TOOOOOOO LOUD. Don't get me wrong good music choice but we had to talk very loud . We could not hear each other even though we were sitting next to each other. We practically had to yell at each other . To top it off they even raised the volume mid meal which made it even more hard on us to hear each other. Would be nice if they would put the prices on the menu Instead of getting a surprise at the end. I like surprises but not like that. This place has alot of potential and really hope they listen to there customers so they can improve. read more
