I have to admit, my wife did a better job at selecting her rolls than I did (lol). Overall, the food was great and definitely hit the spot! Staff: The girl who helped me place an order to go was so nice. Unfortunately I forgot her name. Quality/Quantity: The food here is really good and they are very generous with the servings. We ordered the California rolls which were the biggest I've ever seen. Kids chicken teriyaki plate which was delicious and had a good serving of chicken, rice,, and a salad. We also ordered a side of edamame which was okay but needed some salt. Lastly we got the oyakadon. This was really tasty but was not the traditional flavor that I make and am accustomed to but again still tasty. Value: Fair in my opinion considering the quality and quantity of food given. Harbour was my go to sushi spot before I gained an appreciation for sushi. It is conveniently located and fairly priced. The service and music are great. The food is average at best. They really haven't elevated the experience or the food in a decade. I ordered the Taka sushi combo. Miso was extremely hot and bland, while the sushi and tuna roll were ice box cold. If you enjoy rolls that have a bunch of sauce etc, this place may work for you but if you like sushi and sashimi try a different spot nearby. read more

Too much rice for the Sushi. Couldn't even fit the whole piece in my mouth. 1 piece of their rice I cut into 2 pieces and used it for my salmon sashimi because literally too much rice. Also they had sea urchin and quail egg in their menu, so I specifically went here to order these, and they said they had none. I asked when do they get shipments in, and they said unknown... Why have it on the menu then? Should just list it as a special. Also the wait staff are pretty impatient and kept asking if I was ready to order a minute after I sat down. Then again in 2 minutes. Ok, this is my third time trying this place, so I decided to dine in this past Friday. I have mixed feelings about this spot now. For the good points; the music, service and prices were good. Now for the negative points.. I'm just going to say it... Goldfish is WAY better So $40 for black dragon, edamame, miso, and cali roll. It didn't taste good or bad; food is just blah. Since the restaurant wicked busy I decided to order an appetizer but tell me why the appetizer came with the food so at that point what's the point. All the food is overpriced and it's super basic but at least our waiter was super nice which is why I gave him two stars. This place used to have good prices and good sushi but I guess Covid has changed all that or at least that's the excuse we always get for over priced things. I come here from time to time mainly for sushi, but once in a while, I'll try something different and I ordered their Tatsu Ramen, which to me seemed more traditional instead of how I guess you can say I've been accustomed to eating it here in America and that's strictly my opinion, but their sushi is pretty amazing servers on the other hand need a little attitude adjustments. Service is fckn terrible! My husband was the only one who got sushi, the rest of us (3/4) got teriyaki. Within 6-12 hours he woke up throwing up and with a fever, from food poisoning, it was 100% the sushi from this place. I Do Not Recommend! Overall: very good sushi experience in Palmdale. We visited this evening with a group of 4 looking for good sushi, and for the most part found it. We arrived and were seated in a booth, then asked about the AYCE deal. We were then informed that the AYCE is only at the sushi bar, and it would be about a 15 min wait. We decided to do a la carte, but were a little disappointed, and found it a bit unusual, as most AYCE places in Vegas encompass the entire dining area. Also, parties over 4 require more than half the guests order the AYCE. The edamame was very good, but the gyoza was quite over done and hard. The sushi combinations were excellent, with nice variety and very fresh seafood. The server was nice, but there were extended periods where we had to wait for drink refills. This is a top sushi restaurant in the area! The garlic edamame stands out as does the flavorful rollls! The variety of flavors and freshness of the fish are what stand out to me. The service is great, very attentive and a casual dining experience. It larger than most places (seems like most places are a bit tiny and cramped thus rushing you) this place is roomy and the servers are ultra polite! I highly recommend! read more

So sad to drop stars from my last review.. we haven't been here for a few years because every time we walked in, we were told the wait would be over an hour - and while waiting, other patrons would be seated before we were. Tonight we gave them another chance. We were able to get seated right away, but it was a completely different experience than we used to enjoy. I'm wondering if the ownership has changed? I'll give points for the amount of rice used for nigiri sushi and for rolls. They don't overload you with bricks of rice. It was fine, except that it lacked sushi rice seasoning. The size of the fish pieces was generous - almost too big.. but some might like that. Lots of rolls with sweet sauces, and the spicy tuna they pre-make was more like "sriracha tuna". They were busy and I'm sure non-purists will enjoy the AYCE at the bar, but I think we will keep making the drive down to Santa Clarita and beyond to satisfy our dead fish needs. The worst experience today!!!!! We ordered 2 rolls & a chicken katsu plate that only has chicken, rice & salad. Mind you the chicken had no flavor what so ever! I understand a busy restaurant but we ordered all this food at the exact same time. If the katsu plate takes longer than to make the rolls you should prioritize that!! My friend & I almost finished our rolls & it had been at least 20 going on 25 minutes that my friend still hadn't received her chicken katsu plate. The most terrible service! On top of that the manager Yuki or higher up whatever she is, couldn't at least try to understand us one bit!! She said no to getting the plate taken off. I'm not your average philly roll or put-lots of-mayo-on-my sushi-roll and I'll call it yummy kind of eater. In fact I like to order sashimi and special items. They have quality fish and that's why they made my top 3 for this area. My favorite is their sweet live shrimp and toro tuna! I eat at the all you can eat bar. That was 2 years ago. Ever since COVID that option is not available. I have been to Japan and have had delicious sashimi and sea food. This won't come close to it but it is a rather delicious place to eat. I have two Japanese acquaintances who love it here. The mussels, agedashi tofu, and sashimi are really fresh and delicious.
