Bought the car off the lot Wednesday and first thing I wanted to do was tinting the windows. I reached out to Xclusive on Yelp Friday morning and was able to get an appointment that same afternoon for window tinting. They explained that the factory tint didn't need to be removed, which was a pleasant surprise and made the whole process much easier. I decided to go with ceramic tint all around, bringing the windows to about 20%, and went with 5% on the moonroof. Everything came out looking great, and I'm really happy with the finished look. The process was easy from start to finish, and I appreciated how quickly they were able to get me in. Great competitive pricing. Great work guys!

I've had my truck ceramic coated 2 other times and it was time for another round. I'm incredibly picky on who gets to touch my truck, but had heard great things about Eric and his team. Let me tell you - they did not disappoint! Eric worked with me on a price that fit in my budget, was communicative, and the process was really easy! Having a 2019 truck that looks brand new is honestly the best feeling! When looking into other ceramic coating - they are definitely priced very competitively! My car had several scratches, swirl marks, and dull black paint that I thought would never look new again. The attention to detail and craftsmanship of Eric's team at Xclusive Auto was impressive. UPDATE 8/29/2026 DO NOT COME HERE 8/18: Eric agreed to a full $520 refund on the condition that I bring the car back for him to remove the tint. I agreed. 8/19: I brought the car back. Eric removed the tint and gave me a $520 refund check, which I deposited the same day. 8/20: Eric publicly responded on Yelp stating that the "$520 refund was issued." That same day, Bank of America notified me that the check had been returned due to a STOP PAYMENT. 8/21: I notified Eric about the returned check. He said he was "not aware" of it. I also contacted 3M directly and was informed that Xclusive Auto is not an authorized 3M dealer, and there would be no 3M warranty unless the installer is an authorized dealer. I'm sharing these screenshots and documentation so other customers can be aware of how this business handled the refund. Based on my experience, I find this business dishonest and would not recommend them. As of 8/29, I still have not received the $520 refund. DO NOT COME I brought my new Tesla here for window tinting. After the initial installation, I found imperfections on multiple windows and brought the car back to have the issues corrected. Unfortunately, I still found problems after the second visit. At that point, I told Eric that I was no longer comfortable leaving my car there for a third installation and asked for a refund. Eric agreed in writing to a full $520 refund on the condition that I bring the car back to have all of the tint removed. I specifically confirmed with him that all tint would be removed and I would receive a full $520 refund, and he replied, "Correct." I brought the car back again, had all of the tint removed, and they left a bunch of residues claiming I can clean it myself and issued me a $520 refund check. I deposited the check into my Bank of America account. The $520 was subsequently removed from my account as a "RETURN ITEM CHARGEBACK" the next day. UNBELIEVABLE DISHONEST BUSINESS!!! This entire experience required multiple trips back to the shop and ultimately left me without the tint and without the refund that had been agreed to and issued. I'm sharing my experience so other customers can make their own decision.

Got my windows tinted here and I love the way my car looks, and all the staff were so helpful and kind and did a very amazing job on my car. They were so interactive and helped me pick out tints for my car too. I was able to get the tints in just a day and I am so happy I chose to get them tinted here. Love the service!

No damage when we took delivery late July

Update: Screenshots of the business owner's unprofessional response to the Yelp review were uploaded. Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with my experience. I initially went in on August 7th for a 3-year ceramic coating. When I arrived, Eric strongly encouraged me to upgrade to the 5-year coating (2 layers). He told me people rarely choose the 3-year option and that customers who do often return 6-8 months later unhappy with the results. He also said a second layer would provide additional protection in situations such as a shopping cart hitting the vehicle. After doing my own research, I found this was not an accurate representation of the product. According to Gyeon's information on Mohs EVO, an additional layer provides only a relatively small increase in longevity--approximately 6-12 months--not impact protection from something like a shopping cart. Based on that, I feel the 5-year coating was presented using misleading claims. Our vehicle had been purchased only 2-3 weeks earlier and had been extremely well cared for. I personally hand wash it and was very familiar with its condition, including the small rock chips and minor imperfections that were already present. I was confident in its condition when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, I immediately noticed deep scratches on the rear corners of both sides of the bumper, along with a noticeable area where the paint had been chipped. These were not present when I dropped it off, and I am confident the damage occurred while the vehicle was in their possession. I brought the damage to Eric's attention, and he strongly denied it could have happened while they had the vehicle. He suggested reviewing the security cameras, which I thought was a fair solution. However, when we went to his office, he said he did not know how to access or review the footage and essentially left it up to me to figure out how the cameras worked. As a result, the footage could not be reviewed, making it impossible to determine what happened while the vehicle was in their care. During the conversation, I was also told that I had apparently gone directly to the scratched area when picking up the vehicle and that I had not allowed Eric to properly inspect it when I dropped it off because I remained in one location while we talked. I found these explanations frustrating, particularly because I knew the vehicle's condition when I brought it in. Eric also brought up a previous customer who claimed a heat gun had caused internal damage to her vehicle. He said he became so angry that he threw the heat gun at the wall. I am not sure why this was brought up or what relevance it had to my situation, but I found it unnecessary and uncomfortable while discussing damage to my own vehicle. Eric also explained that he could not offer a refund or compensation because he pays his employees well and did not make much money on the coating. In my opinion, that should not be the customer's responsibility. If a vehicle is damaged while in a business's possession, the focus should be on addressing the customer's concern and finding a fair resolution. Eric did offer to have the scratches repaired and the bumper repainted at an auto body shop that he owns or is part owner of. I appreciate the offer, but after this experience, I do not feel comfortable having them perform additional work on my wife's vehicle. I told Eric I was dissatisfied and would be leaving a review. He responded that a negative review would not do anything and would actually help him. I found that dismissive, especially when I was simply communicating my experience and concerns. The biggest issue is that I brought my vehicle to a professional shop to enhance and preserve its finish and give myself peace of mind. Instead, I left with additional damage that I now have to spend time and money addressing. It is extremely frustrating to pay for a service intended to protect and preserve the finish, only to have the vehicle returned with deep scratches and visible paint damage that were not there when I dropped it off. It is too soon to fairly evaluate the long-term performance of the ceramic coating itself. My concerns are with the sales presentation, the damage I discovered, and how the situation was handled afterward. My advice to anyone considering this shop is to thoroughly photograph and video your entire vehicle before handing over the keys. That was my mistake. I saw the great reviews, trusted them with my wife's vehicle, and unfortunately learned an expensive lesson. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable trusting them with my vehicle again.

I made an appointment and asked how long the tint would take, and he told me about 2-3 hours and he finished right within that timeframe. After the job was done, they followed up to make sure everything looked good and that I wasn't having any issues with the tint. I submitted the requests through Yelp to inquire from businesses regarding to clean and condition the leather seats in my Honda Pilot. The owner, Eric, reached out to me and was able to give me rough amount of what it would be to get the work done. He told us we can stop by the shop to get an accurate amount before scheduling the appointment online through their site. We did stop by there really quick and Eric was able to quote us at $150 for detailing, cleaning, and conditioning. We decided to go with them due to price being reasonable, throughly explained what they will do, and had excellent reviews. I was able to book the appointment online with $50 deposit and got the car taken care of the next day. When we dropped off the car, we had inquired about window tinting since we been meaning to do it. The employee, Tony, showed us the different shades it had and the pricing will be $450 for ceramic window tint to get the front and back done with lifetime warranty or $250 for basic tinting and has no warranty. We decided to go with the 20% ceramic window tint and Tony told us they be able to get it completed the same day too. Upon picking up the car, it was beautifully tinted and cleaned. It looked great!!! They even helped got the car washed too. We were able to pay them by Zelle in order to avoid a 5% fee charge if we had used credit card. Eric and Tony were extremely helpful, friendly, and kind through this whole process. We will definitely come back to bring our Honda Passport to get the windows tinted and highly recommend to all our friends and family. read more

My whole process was very smooth. Thanks to Eric for his quick response, with fair price quotes, several tinting options to go with, and Eric is very patience answering my questions. Their online booking system is very convenient as well. Once you decide to go with them, it is highly recommended that you book them online so that the time for your vehicle is prioritized. I was able to get my car back in two hours and it looks great. I had full ceramic tint 70% front / 20% rear. The clarity is perfect--great work on the install. Overall: great job and great value. Scheduling: gave Eric a call and he was able to schedule me an appointment on Friday at 9am (about one week out). Tint: brought my car in at 9am and wasn't sure which tint or shade to get and Eric walked me through the difference products. They did a great job installing the tint and even pointed out a small crack in my front windshield and that I could bring it back once the windshield is replaced. Ceramic Coating: while they were installing the tint, I noticed they offered ceramic coating. Eric said his detailer was off but he could get him to come in. The detailer came in an hour later and started detailing the car, and even removed the badges that I asked to be eliminated to give the car a nice clean look. The ceramic coating took a few hours but I was done with both by 5pm. read more

I recently decided to redo my existing tint job due to specks and contamination, and I also wanted to add tint to additional windows for maximum UV protection and heat rejection as summer approached. Eric and his crew were incredibly accommodating and even scheduled me in on Father's Day to get the work done. The entire job took less than 3 hours, and I am really happy with the results. The new tint has definitely improved the look of my vehicle, and I could immediately feel the difference on my ride back home, as direct sunlight was no longer bothering me. I had a great experience with this shop. They tinted my Tesla Model X, including the windshield, which I know can be a difficult job. Some shops didn't even want to touch it, but they handled it without any issues. The pricing was very fair, the work was completed quickly, and the quality was excellent. What really stood out was their customer service--they even followed up afterward to make sure everything was curing properly and that I was happy with the results. Purchased a 2025 Tacoma TRD OR in October. Paint had a lot of spider webbing. Took it in for paint correction and ceramic coating. All I can say is WOW! The final product turned out beautiful, all the scratches were gone, color looked deep and glossy. I couldn't be happier with the result. Taking my M340i in this weekend for the same service. I recently got my 2011 4 runner tinted at this location I used yelp to get various prices from shops around my area. And even with some extra work needing to be done on my car the owner Eric beat all of the prices by far. By hundred of dollars. He had me in and out within an hour. I know this shop is hidden but I would trust them with any car you have if it's a 2011 or a 2027. Bring it to Xclusive auto. read more

Couple weeks ago I got a new windshield for my Tesla and needed to get Ceramic Xpel Plus or 3M tint since I already had Xpel Plus. I shopped around on Yelp, which automatically gave me five quotes from different tint shops in the area. Xclusive Auto offered the most competitive price, so I decided to go with them after reading their reviews and communicating with Eric. The process was straightforward--Xclusive Auto sent me a link to make the appointment, and I secured it with a $50 deposit via credit card. I arrived two days later at 2 PM, and they finished the job within an hour, just as they had quoted. The shop has a small waiting area inside and a couch outside, but since it was hot, I chose to wait inside. I'm very satisfied with the results. We requested a Chameleon wrap service for a BMW M2. Terrible service with long delays. Terrible quality work with several refits needed. Which means it was terrible value at any price. This is probably the worst auto shop experience I've had. Though, to be fair, not as bad as dealing with a tow yard. read more

Absolutely thrilled with the work from Xclusive auto with my PPF & chrome delete install! They transformed my Lexus GX with full front-end PPF (hood, fenders, bumper, mirrors), a flawless chrome-delete in gloss black PPF, a multi-layer ceramic coating, and a meticulous full detail inside and out. The paint now has insane depth and gloss, the front end is fully protected, and the blacked-out chrome gives it that perfect aggressive, modern look I was after. Attention to detail was impeccable -- edges are perfect, no dirt trapped under the film, and the ceramic coating makes the black paint pop like glass. Even the interior looks brand new again. Did my Model Y's tint back in February 2026, and happy to report that it's holding been great so far! The turnaround time was extremely quick to do ALL the glass (a full day). I was a little worried about the bubbles when I picked up the car, but Eric assured they will go away after drying. The bubbles did clear up after leaving the car in the sun for a couple of days. As for the service, I had reached out to all companies nearby for two windows to be tinted on my 2013 Scion FRS. I showed my XPEL warranty card - this warranty is issued by XPEL, not the owner - but they refused to replace even one window, despite operating under the same business name. So now I've paid premium pricing, received defective work, and I'm left with zero support. To make it worse, when I said I'd leave a review, the guy said he would report me. For what!?! Unreal. Zero accountability, terrible customer service, and no respect for warranties. Avoid.

I inquired about tinting and mentioned casually that I came in because their online price is better than Tesla's price. The guy was shocked and said no that their price is the same as Tesla's. I showed him the online price (on my phone) and he also proceeded to show me the price on his monitor. He said both are outdated and "the guys" haven't updated it yet and that the price online should be $200 more. I mentioned they would have to honor the advertised price online and he said they don't. I told him I would file a complaint with BBB because that's not good business practices. This business doesn't care about losing customers with false advertising. Edit: By the time I got home, they already updated the online pricing, and the front windshield tint cost for Model Y now is $299 instead of the $199 shown in my screenshots. Edit #2: The owner responded today and said their pricing policy was explained to me in detail, which it was not, and also said that service was offered at the current price, which it was not either. When I walked in yesterday, I asked specifically if their pricing online was accurate and the person at the desk told me "yes". Then I pointed out that it was great because I had noticed their pricing online was lower than Tesla's price. The person at the counter then argued with me (in a not-friendly manner), that pricing was the same as Tesla's and that I was wrong. He kept repeating that I was wrong and to show him the pricing and screenshots. I proceeded to show him the price online on my phone and told them the price Tesla offered for tinting when I purchased my car. It was then that the person at the counter said their advertised price was outdated. Nothing about the interaction yesterday was professional. And per California law (SB 478) business are required to honor the lowest advertised price, especially if it was a previous price that was not updated. A simple Google search before responding to my review would have informed the owner that. And the owner's response today doesn't portray the interaction as it happened, offers no resolution and lacks knowledge of his legal requirement to honor the lowest advertised price.
