They were extremely helpful when I was cleaning out my car and helped me carry all my belongings from my totaled car into my rental - they offered me bags to put my garbage in - helped me with an uber ride home on their dime. My vehicle was damaged by a company towing truck due to the lack of care of the driver unloading my car and leaving the hooks under my car causing my front bumper to rip off its brackets, so I had got referred to this shop from a friend and I can say this is the most amazing shop I can vouch for honestly. Was involved in a collision not too long ago and called them for a tow. They arrived faster than the cops and the tow for the other car did. They helped through dealing with my insurance since I had no clue what I was doing. I'm the end they were all super nice, and even ended up charging the insurance less than what they expected. My car got detailed inside and out upon return and although it took about 3 weeks to a month to get my car back I was expecting it to be much longer since the hit was pretty bad. These people are criminals. Our car was in an accident and towed to this place. The following day, we told them, in writing, to release the car to a car yard per the insurance company's request. They did a great job until they returned my truck. My ABS light came on when I took my truck home. I called them so they can fix it but they didn't take care of the problem. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. They made me waste my time and they didn't care to call or anything so that they could get it fixed. It seems like they only take care of people when they need the insurance money. Disappointing experience overall. read more

Everytime I try to get an update they keep telling me that the person in charge of it is not there and will call me back and never does. I had a relatively minor accident but the damage to my 2013 BMW was quite extensive and my insurance company treated it as a total loss, which is ridiculous IMO as the car is in impeccable condition but for the repair that was needed.  To add insult to injury, the BMW dealership did not want to have anything to do with repair. So we took it upon ourselves to have it repaired elsewhere.  Xclusive Auto Collision did an AMAZING job of the repair.  The car now looks as good as new and there is no tell tale sign that any work had been done to it.  Thank you Julio and Francisco for a job well done ... and done at a very reasonable cost I might add!  Thanks guys! read more
