Each cover is individually made to order, so there is a bit of a wait time from order to receiving the product, but this is clearly stated on their Web site. The window well cover is hands down the best one I've ever seen. The ones in the local home stores are garbage compared to this. I liked the cover on my egress window well so much, I ordered two more for my smaller window wells. These will never have to be replaced. The people at The Window Bubble are very helpful, and communication is simple and easy. Go for the investment the first time around. You'll be glad you did. Oh! And the cover looks great, too.

I dealt with Joe who was very pleasant and upfront about any hiccups along the way. Joe knew the importance about NOT drilling into the shower curb which made my day, other quotes I got said they may drill into it which is a BIG NO-NO. My hiccups came from the manufacturer of the glass not from Joe himself, they cut my towel bar holes too big so we had to get a replacement panel. Joe went above and beyond and still came out and installed my shower glass same day so that we could use our new shower ASAP, he then came back (45 min drive) and installed the correct glass panel once he received the replacement PLUS he made the manufacturer give me a discount for the hassle. He even made the manager at the manufacturing facility call me to assure me that he was at fault and that they were working on getting a replacement right away. I dont think you could really ask more from a person or a company in dealings as I felt they went above and beyond. I read the other negative review and I dont think that person realizes that ALL shower glass companies have to deal with outside glass manufacturers for shower glass. Shower glass is TEMPERED and goes through a "built to order" manufacturing process for each order. These big manufacturers have to cut your glass, then bake it in a big oven to temper it. To make things worse this company appears to not have a PAHIC number which is required by the state to operate as a home improvement contractor. This is a major red flag coming from someone who ran a HVAC company if their own in the state for a long time. They also have been taking 50% deposits which is not allowed in the state under the PAHIC laws. Use caution using this company. Edit to add: The owner admitted to taking larger deposits than he should. Their PAHIC information is not listed as it should be and did not come up when searched by name, phone number, address or anything else. Their manager is a snot nosed punk who lies. The whole company apparently had issues and has been reported to the proper channels to ensure they are looked into and that they use proper tactics in the future. What makes this even better. You did not have a PAHIC number until I told you about it. I can see when you filed for it. Your company continues to lie and cause problems for itself.

The man that came for the the initial evaluation suggested a cost of about $700 to replace two panels. The final cost came in at $1500+. And the the door was not completely repaired. I had to repair it myself. Not to mention that this gentleman should not be on the job. I had to help him up from kneeling twice. After talking to another builder I found the price should have been half what I was charged. Never again.
