Leslie from Roofing Logic was the best prepared when he gave us his quote, explained everything in detail and provided it in writing. Not only had we read great reviews about Roofing Logic but we knew of two other families who used them and were very happy with them. On the day of installation, his crew arrived early - before 7:00 a.m. and started work right away and these guys worked fast and efficiently. They removed our roof and skylights and replaced the skylights neatly and quickly. It was a cold day but they were so quick we never felt any cold air when the skylights were replaced. Mike the foreman was there to answer any questions and address any concerns while completing the finish work on our skylights. The whole crew seemed like a great bunch of guys who really showed pride in what they were doing. The roof looks great and their clean up was superb. At one point we wondered how they would ever get all of the old roofing cleaned up but at the end of the day you couldn't tell they had been here. They protected our deck and our shrubs during the process and even removed and replaced any solar lights that were in harms way. We could not be happier with our selection of Roofing Logic and are very happy with the finished project! We would be extremely happy to recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

THANK YOU CARRANZA! Upon removing the ceiling in our bathroom we realized we needed the problem fixed and fast. Especially because now the ceiling in the bathroom was removed. After calling a few other roofers and finding out that none were available until December (SERIOUSLY? I know it's busy season but come on), Carranza luckily had one open spot left for TWO DAYS after we called them! Yay! They were highly rated on Angie's List so we figured we would try it out. The roofer was nice and professional and he fixed everything and even texted my fiance' the photos of what he did since he was at work. The price was VERY Reasonable, I truly expected to pay more (not that i know about prices or anything). Either way, I highly recommend this company and if we need other roof things done we will definitely give them as call!

Minor never told me "2nd Foreman" was taking over project and it took a steep nose dive because lack of communication from Minor. If 1st Foreman stayed, we wouldn't have had any issues cause he knew exactly what we wanted. I accidentally wrote and gave check from wrong account and I corrected it by gaving Minor another check in it's place. Requested not to cash original check, Minor assured me that it wouldn't be done and they deposited both checks. By the time we realized our money was gone, they said they were going to "look into it and get back to us", in the end Minor or Barb never said a word about it to us. They had to send in someone else to do their dirty work because there didn't have the guts to do it like grown up responsible business owners. Several wrong items were ordered without our knowledge, no final confirmations of what we wanted, no transfer knowledge went from 1st Foreman to 2nd Foreman, shower doorframe installed backwards. Eventually 1st Foreman came in a couple of days to correct mistakes until he got pulled in for something else (probably a bigger bill to put in their greedy pockets). On top of that, the "2nd Foreman" wasn't paid for any of his work along with his assistants. Minor and Barb Carranza got paid over $21k for a incomplete bathroom and took every single penny for themselves. We're still left with a bathroom that still needs fixing. We refuse to have them come in to fix what they messed up. Lies, deceit, and robbery describe Minor and Barb Carranza business.

Angel arrived promptly for the free estimates, he explained what was needed and gave us a price. We hired Vera to complete a siding repair and it was completed in an orderly and timely manner. Because of all of the above we hired Vera Construction again to replace our roof. Both estimates were very good and both jobs were completed with their own professional crew! I would recommend Vera Construction to family, friends and neighbors.

We had Jacob, the estimator, come out and give us a quote of around $6,000 (plus or minus a few hundred dollars) for a roof leak repair. The crew came out, installed a new rubber roof on our back sunroom, added a skylight, and did some carpentry work. The only communication I received during the project was a single phone call from Jacob, letting me know the cost might be a few hundred dollars higher than the original estimate. The next day, however, someone else came out asking us to sign a change order stating we owed an additional $3,200 on top of the $6,000 estimate. I could have understood $1,000 over, but more than 50% higher with no warning? That was completely unreasonable. Unfortunately, their fine print allows them to tack on costs without much recourse for the customer. Change orders are presented after the work is done, not during the process, leaving you with no opportunity to approve or decline adjustments as they go. In summary: East Penn Roofing does solid work, but their communication is poor and you should be prepared for surprise costs far above your initial estimate. Buyer beware.

After a major storm left our roof damaged, Micah stepped in right away. He performed a detailed inspection, carefully documented all the wind damage, and walked us step-by-step through the insurance claim process. Having someone with Micah's expertise made a massive difference--he ensured nothing was missed and handled everything with absolute professionalism, transparency, and integrity. The Roof Strong crew was equally fantastic. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and restored our roof with top-notch craftsmanship. What impressed us most was their post-job cleanup: anyone who has had a roof replaced knows stray nails can be a major hazard for tires and pets, but their cleanup was so thorough that minimal to no nails were left behind anywhere! If you have storm or wind damage and need a roofing company that will advocate for you and deliver outstanding work from start to finish, ask for Micah Rich at Roof Strong. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
