Doors falling off, cheap hinges, cabinets paint started chipping immediately, bubbling and peeling at top & bottoms of the cabinets. I spent so much time on specifics on how I wanted drawers and cabinets and they did mostly what they wanted anyway. This is unacceptable. I mentioned the paint chipping immediately and they told me it was normal wear and tear. It had literally only been a week since they had installed. I'm so extremely upset at how much worse this has gotten in such a short amount of time. Do not waste your time or money here.

1. Put a water softener in for me which is still under warranty, I kept having trouble with it. He…read morecame more than once and did not fix it. Said he'd have someone else call me. No one called me. I had to, at my own expense, have someone come in and fix it. Rick had no clue what he was doing. Did not have softener set up correctly. The softener has it's own controller which he did not have turned on. There was also a white piece of plastic behind the controller unit inside a black circular piece which was taken out, looked like piece of the white plastic pipe used near the softener. 2. I then had Rick look at a shower that was not working. He took it apart, it was a water line, said he wasn't working on it, left the shower apart. That is not the way you do business. Extremely disappointed. But I now found a great plumber.
