He gave me a rough quote from some pics I texted and was at my house to do an accurate quote just a few days later. His quote on the phone was in the range he gave me on our phone conversation, so I was happy. Greg arrived with a helper which was also very friendly, and both respected my property and home. After speaking with several of their previous clients, my wife and I decided to go with Snyder and selected the Timberline line of GAF for the shingles. Since Snyder is a certified GAF installer, it came with a lifetime warranty. Their team worked non-stop from the moment they arrived to the moment they left each day. Neat and professional, they protected the house and cleaned up the yard everyday. We have a large roof (over 7K sq ft). They knocked it out in less then 5 days. I asked to speak to him since I have never spoken to her in the last three years. She told me he would not be able to come out until the end of the month. Despite not raising my voice even though she was, and just trying to figure out the next steps, she proceeded to tell me that I was repeating myself and that she was questioning my mental stability. As a licensed clinician in the mental health field for the last 10 years, I found this comment quite disturbing and severely unprofessional. Despite our experience with Bob being great thus far, we will not be using this company again and advise others to find services elsewhere if you're looking for professionalism.
